학개2장
1칠월 곧 그 달 이십 일일에 여호와의 말씀이 선지자 학개에게 임하니라 가라사대
2너는 스알디엘의 아들 유다 총독 스룹바벨과 여호사닥의 아들 대제사장 여호수아와 남은 백성에게 고하여 이르라
3너희 중에 남아 있는 자 곧 이 전의 이전 영광을 본 자가 누구냐 이제 이것이 너희에게 어떻게 보이느냐 이것이 너희 눈에 보잘것이 없지 아니하냐
4그러나 나 여호와가 이르노라 스룹바벨아 스스로 굳세게 할찌어다 여호사닥의 아들 대제사장 여호수아야 스스로 굳세게 할찌어다 나 여호와의 말이니라 이 땅 모든 백성아 스스로 굳세게 하여 일할찌어다 내가 너희와 함께 하노라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라
5너희가 애굽에서 나올 때에 내가 너희와 언약한 말과 나의 신이 오히려 너희 중에 머물러 있나니 너희는 두려워하지 말찌어다
6나 만군의 여호와가 말하노라 조금 있으면 내가 하늘과 땅과 바다와 육지를 진동시킬 것이요
7또한 만국을 진동시킬 것이며 만국의 보배가 이르리니 내가 영광으로 이 전에 충만케 하리라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라
8은도 내 것이요 금도 내 것이니라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라
9이 전의 나중 영광이 이전 영광보다 크리라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라 내가 이곳에 평강을 주리라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라
10다리오왕 이년 구월 이십 사일에 여호와의 말씀이 선지자 학개에게 임하니라 가라사대
11나 만군의 여호와가 말하노니 너는 제사장에게 율법에 대하여 물어 이르기를
12사람이 옷자락에 거룩한 고기를 쌌는데 그 옷자락이 만일 떡에나 국에나 포도주에나 기름에나 다른 식물에 닿았으면 그것이 성물이 되겠느냐 하라 학개가 물으매 제사장들이 대답하여 가로되 아니니라
13학개가 가로되 시체를 만져서 부정하여진 자가 만일 그것들 중에 하나를 만지면 그것이 부정하겠느냐 제사장들이 대답하여 가로되 부정하겠느니라
14이에 학개가 대답하여 가로되 여호와의 말씀에 내 앞에서 이 백성이 그러하고 이 나라가 그러하고 그 손의 모든 일도 그러하고 그들이 거기서 드리는 것도 부정하니라
15이제 청컨대 너희는 오늘부터 이전 곧 여호와의 전에 돌이 돌 위에 첩놓이지 않았던 때를 추억하라
16그 때에는 이십석 곡식더미에 이른즉 십석 뿐이었고 포도즙 틀에 오십 그릇을 길으려 이른즉 이십 그릇 뿐이었었느니라
17나 만군의 여호와가 말하노라 내가 너희 손으로 지은 모든 일에 폭풍과 곰팡과 우박으로 쳤으나 너희가 내게로 돌이키지 아니하였었느니라
18너희는 오늘부터 이전을 추억하여 보라 구월 이십 사일 곧 여호와의 전 지대를 쌓던 날부터 추억하여 보라
19곡식 종자가 오히려 창고에 있느냐 포도나무, 무화과나무, 석류나무, 감람나무에 열매가 맺지 못하였었느니라 그러나 오늘부터는 내가 너희에게 복을 주리라
20그 달 이십 사일에 여호와의 말씀이 다시 학개에게 임하니라 가라사대
21너는 유다 총독 스룹바벨에게 고하여 이르라 내가 하늘과 땅을 진동시킬 것이요
22열국의 보좌를 엎을 것이요 열방의 세력을 멸할 것이요 그 병거들과 그 탄 자를 엎드러뜨리리니 말과 그 탄 자가 각각 그 동무의 칼에 엎드러지리라
23나 만군의 여호와가 말하노라 스알디엘의 아들 내 종 스룹바벨아 나 여호와가 말하노라 그 날에 내가 너를 취하고 너로 인을 삼으리니 이는 내가 너를 택하였음이니라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라
Haggai02
1On the twenty-first day of the seventh month, the word of the LORD came through the prophet Haggai:
2'Speak to Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, to Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and to the remnant of the people. Ask them,
3'Who of you is left who saw this house in its former glory? How does it look to you now? Does it not seem to you like nothing?
4But now be strong, O Zerubbabel,' declares the LORD. 'Be strong, O Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest. Be strong, all you people of the land,' declares the LORD, 'and work. For I am with you,' declares the LORD Almighty.
5'This is what I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt. And my Spirit remains among you. Do not fear.'
6"This is what the LORD Almighty says: 'In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land.
7I will shake all nations, and the desired of all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,' says the LORD Almighty.
8'The silver is mine and the gold is mine,' declares the LORD Almighty.
9'The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,' says the LORD Almighty. 'And in this place I will grant peace,' declares the LORD Almighty."
10On the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, in the second year of Darius, the word of the LORD came to the prophet Haggai:
11"This is what the LORD Almighty says: 'Ask the priests what the law says:
12If a person carries consecrated meat in the fold of his garment, and that fold touches some bread or stew, some wine, oil or other food, does it become consecrated?' " The priests answered, "No."
13Then Haggai said, 'If a person defiled by contact with a dead body touches one of these things, does it become defiled?' 'Yes,' the priests replied, 'it becomes defiled.'
14Then Haggai said, " 'So it is with this people and this nation in my sight,' declares the LORD. 'Whatever they do and whatever they offer there is defiled.
15" 'Now give careful thought to this from this day on-consider how things were before one stone was laid on another in the LORD's temple.
16When anyone came to a heap of twenty measures, there were only ten. When anyone went to a wine vat to draw fifty measures, there were only twenty.
17I struck all the work of your hands with blight, mildew and hail, yet you did not turn to me,' declares the LORD.
18'From this day on, from this twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, give careful thought to the day when the foundation of the LORD's temple was laid. Give careful thought:
19Is there yet any seed left in the barn? Until now, the vine and the fig tree, the pomegranate and the olive tree have not borne fruit. " 'From this day on I will bless you.' "
20The word of the LORD came to Haggai a second time on the twenty-fourth day of the month:
21'Tell Zerubbabel governor of Judah that I will shake the heavens and the earth.
22I will overturn royal thrones and shatter the power of the foreign kingdoms. I will overthrow chariots and their drivers; horses and their riders will fall, each by the sword of his brother.
23" 'On that day,' declares the LORD Almighty, 'I will take you, my servant Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel,' declares the LORD, 'and I will make you like my signet ring, for I have chosen you,' declares the LORD Almighty."

학개1장
1다리오왕 이년 유월 곧 그 달 초하루에 여호와의 말씀이 선지자 학개로 말미암아 스알디엘의 아들 유다 총독 스룹바벨과 여호사닥의 아들 대제사장 여호수아에게 임하니라 가라사대
2만군의 여호와가 말하여 이르노라 이 백성이 말하기를 여호와의 전을 건축할 시기가 이르지 아니하였다 하느니라
3여호와의 말씀이 선지자 학개에게 임하여 가라사대
4이 전이 황무하였거늘 너희가 이 때에 판벽한 집에 거하는 것이 가하냐
5그러므로 이제 나 만군의 여호와가 말하노니 너희는 자기의 소위를 살펴 볼찌니라
6너희가 많이 뿌릴찌라도 수입이 적으며 먹을찌라도 배부르지 못하며 마실찌라도 흡족하지 못하며 입어도 따뜻하지 못하며 일군이 삯을 받아도 그것을 구멍 뚫어진 전대에 넣음이 되느니라
7나 만군의 여호와가 말하노니 너희는 자기의 소위를 살펴 볼찌니라
8너희는 산에 올라가서 나무를 가져다가 전을 건축하라 그리하면 내가 그로 인하여 기뻐하고 또 영광을 얻으리라 나 여호와가 말하였느니라
9너희가 많은 것을 바랐으나 도리어 적었고 너희가 그것을 집으로 가져갔으나 내가 불어 버렸느니라 나 만군의 여호와가 말하노라 이것이 무슨 연고뇨 내 집은 황무하였으되 너희는 각각 자기의 집에 빨랐음이니라
10그러므로 너희로 인하여 하늘은 이슬을 그쳤고 땅은 산물을 그쳤으며
11내가 한재를 불러 이 땅에, 산에, 곡물에, 새 포도주에, 기름에, 땅의 모든 소산에, 사람에게, 육축에게, 손으로 수고하는 모든 일에 임하게 하였느니라
12스알디엘의 아들 스룹바벨과 여호사닥의 아들 대제사장 여호수아와 남은바 모든 백성이 그 하나님 여호와의 목소리와 선지자 학개의 말을 청종하였으니 이는 그들의 하나님 여호와께서 그를 보내셨음을 인함이라 백성이 다 여호와를 경외하매
13때에 여호와의 사자 학개가 여호와의 명을 의지하여 백성에게 고하여 가로되 나 여호와가 말하노니 내가 너희와 함께하노라 하셨느니라 하니라
14여호와께서 스알디엘의 아들 유다 총독 스룹바벨의 마음과 여호사닥의 아들 대제사장 여호수아의 마음과 남은바 모든 백성의 마음을 흥분시키시매 그들이 와서 만군의 여호와 그들의 하나님의 전 역사를 하였으니
15때는 다리오왕 이년 유월 이십 사일이었더라
Haggai01
1In the second year of King Darius, on the first day of the sixth month, the word of the LORD came through the prophet Haggai to Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest:
2This is what the LORD Almighty says: "These people say, 'The time has not yet come for the LORD's house to be built.' "
3Then the word of the LORD came through the prophet Haggai:
4'Is it a time for you yourselves to be living in your paneled houses, while this house remains a ruin?'
5Now this is what the LORD Almighty says: 'Give careful thought to your ways.
6You have planted much, but have harvested little. You eat, but never have enough. You drink, but never have your fill. You put on clothes, but are not warm. You earn wages, only to put them in a purse with holes in it.'
7This is what the LORD Almighty says: 'Give careful thought to your ways.
8Go up into the mountains and bring down timber and build the house, so that I may take pleasure in it and be honored,' says the LORD.
9'You expected much, but see, it turned out to be little. What you brought home, I blew away. Why?' declares the LORD Almighty. 'Because of my house, which remains a ruin, while each of you is busy with his own house.
10Therefore, because of you the heavens have withheld their dew and the earth its crops.
11I called for a drought on the fields and the mountains, on the grain, the new wine, the oil and whatever the ground produces, on men and cattle, and on the labor of your hands.'
12Then Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and the whole remnant of the people obeyed the voice of the LORD their God and the message of the prophet Haggai, because the LORD their God had sent him. And the people feared the LORD.
13Then Haggai, the LORD's messenger, gave this message of the LORD to the people: "I am with you," declares the LORD.
14So the LORD stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and the spirit of the whole remnant of the people. They came and began to work on the house of the LORD Almighty, their God,
15on the twenty-fourth day of the sixth month in the second year of King Darius.

예레미야애가4장
1슬프다 어찌 그리 금이 빛을 잃고 정금이 변하였으며 성소의 돌이 각 거리 머리에 쏟아졌는고
2시온의 아들들이 보배로와 정금에 비할러니 어찌 그리 토기장이의 만든 질항아리 같이 여김이 되었는고
3들개는 오히려 젖을 내어 새끼를 먹이나 처녀 내 백성은 잔인하여 광야의 타조 같도다
4젖먹이가 목말라서 혀가 입천장에 붙음이여 어린 아이가 떡을 구하나 떼어 줄 사람이 없도다
5진수를 먹던 자가 거리에 외로움이여 전에는 붉은 옷을 입고 길리운 자가 이제는 거름더미를 안았도다
6전에 소돔이 사람의 손을 대지 않고 경각간에 무너지더니 이제 처녀 내 백성의 죄가 소돔의 죄악보다 중하도다
7전에는 존귀한 자의 몸이 눈보다 깨끗하고 젖보다 희며 산호보다 붉어 그 윤택함이 마광한 청옥 같더니
8이제는 그 얼굴이 숯보다 검고 그 가죽이 뼈에 붙어 막대기 같이 말랐으니 거리에서 알 사람이 없도다
9칼에 죽은 자가 주려 죽은 자보다 나음은 토지 소산이 끊어지므로 이들이 찔림 같이 점점 쇠약하여 감이로다
10처녀 내 백성의 멸망할 때에 자비한 부녀가 손으로 자기 자녀를 삶아 식물을 삼았도다
11여호와께서 분을 발하시며 맹렬한 노를 쏟으심이여 시온에 불을 피우사 그 지대를 사르셨도다
12대적과 원수가 예루살렘 성문으로 들어갈 줄은 세상 열왕과 천하 모든 백성이 믿지 못하였었도다
13그 선지자들의 죄와 제사장들의 죄악을 인함이니 저희가 성읍 중에서 의인의 피를 흘렸도다
14저희가 거리에서 소경 같이 방황함이여 그 옷이 피에 더러웠으므로 사람이 만질 수 없도다
15사람이 저희에게 외쳐 이르기를 부정하다 가라 가라, 가라, 만지지 말라 하였음이여 저희가 도망하여 방황할 때에 이방인이 이르기를 저희가 다시는 여기 거하지 못하리라 하였도다
16여호와께서 노하여 흩으시고 다시 권고치 아니하시리니 저희가 제사장들을 높이지 아니하였으며 장로들을 대접지 아니하였음이로다
17우리가 헛되이 도움을 바라므로 우리 눈이 상함이여 우리를 구원치 못할 나라를 바라보고 바라보았도다
18저희가 우리 자취를 엿보니 우리가 거리에 행할 수 없음이여 우리의 끝이 가깝고 우리의 날이 다하였고 우리의 마지막이 이르렀도다
19우리를 쫓는 자가 공중의 독수리보다 빠름이여 산꼭대기에서도 쫓고 광야에도 매복하였도다
20우리의 콧김 곧 여호와의 기름 부으신 자가 저희 함정에 빠졌음이여 우리가 저를 가리키며 전에 이르기를 우리가 저의 그늘 아래서 열국 중에 살겠다 하던 자로다
21우스 땅에 거하는 처녀 에돔아 즐거워하며 기뻐하려무나 잔이 네게도 이를찌니 네가 취하여 벌거벗으리라
22처녀 시온아 네 죄악의 형벌이 다하였으니 주께서 다시는 너로 사로잡혀 가지 않게 하시리로다 처녀 에돔아 주께서 네 죄악을 벌하시며 네 허물을 드러내시리로다
Lamentation04
1How the gold has lost its luster, the fine gold become dull! The sacred gems are scattered at the head of every street.
2How the precious sons of Zion, once worth their weight in gold, are now considered as pots of clay, the work of a potter's hands!
3Even jackals offer their breasts to nurse their young, but my people have become heartless like ostriches in the desert.
4Because of thirst the infant's tongue sticks to the roof of its mouth; the children beg for bread, but no one gives it to them.
5Those who once ate delicacies are destitute in the streets. Those nurtured in purple now lie on ash heaps.
6The punishment of my people is greater than that of Sodom, which was overthrown in a moment without a hand turned to help her.
7Their princes were brighter than snow and whiter than milk, their bodies more ruddy than rubies, their appearance like sapphires.
8But now they are blacker than soot; they are not recognized in the streets. Their skin has shriveled on their bones; it has become as dry as a stick.
9Those killed by the sword are better off than those who die of famine; racked with hunger, they waste away for lack of food from the field.
10With their own hands compassionate women have cooked their own children, who became their food when my people were destroyed.
11The LORD has given full vent to his wrath; he has poured out his fierce anger. He kindled a fire in Zion that consumed her foundations.
12The kings of the earth did not believe, nor did any of the world's people, that enemies and foes could enter the gates of Jerusalem.
13But it happened because of the sins of her prophets and the iniquities of her priests, who shed within her the blood of the righteous.
14Now they grope through the streets like men who are blind. They are so defiled with blood that no one dares to touch their garments.
15"Go away! You are unclean!" men cry to them. "Away! Away! Don't touch us!" When they flee and wander about, people among the nations say, "They can stay here no longer."
16The LORD himself has scattered them; he no longer watches over them. The priests are shown no honor, the elders no favor.
17Moreover, our eyes failed, looking in vain for help; from our towers we watched for a nation that could not save us.
18Men stalked us at every step, so we could not walk in our streets. Our end was near, our days were numbered, for our end had come.
19Our pursuers were swifter than eagles in the sky; they chased us over the mountains and lay in wait for us in the desert.
20The LORD's anointed, our very life breath, was caught in their traps. We thought that under his shadow we would live among the nations.
21Rejoice and be glad, O Daughter of Edom, you who live in the land of Uz. But to you also the cup will be passed; you will be drunk and stripped naked.
22O Daughter of Zion, your punishment will end; he will not prolong your exile. But, O Daughter of Edom, he will punish your sin and expose your wickedness.

스바냐3장
1패역하고 더러운 곳, 포학한 그 성읍이 화 있을찐저
2그가 명령을 듣지 아니하며 교훈을 받지 아니하며 여호와를 의뢰하지 아니하며 자기 하나님에게 가까이 나아가지 아니하였도다
3그 가운데 방백들은 부르짖는 사자요 그 재판장들은 이튿날까지 남겨 두는 것이 없는 저녁 이리요
4그 선지자들은 위인이 경솔하고 간사한 자요 그 제사장들은 성소를 더럽히고 율법을 범하였도다
5그 중에 거하신 여호와는 의로우사 불의를 행치 아니하시고 아침마다 간단 없이 자기의 공의를 나타내시거늘 불의한 자는 수치를 알지 못하는도다
6내가 열국을 끊어 버렸으므로 그 망대가 황무하였고 내가 그 거리를 비게 하여 지나는 자가 없게 하였으므로 그 모든 성읍이 황폐되며 사람이 없으며 거할 자가 없게 되었느니라
7내가 이르기를 너는 오직 나를 경외하고 교훈을 받으라 그리하면 내가 형벌을 내리기로 정하기는 하였거니와 너의 거처가 끊어지지 아니하리라 하였으나 그들이 부지런히 그 모든 행위를 더럽게 하였느니라
8나 여호와가 말하노라 그러므로 내가 일어나 벌할 날까지 너희는 나를 기다리라 내가 뜻을 정하고 나의 분한과 모든 진노를 쏟으려고 나라들을 소집하며 열국을 모으리라 온 땅이 나의 질투의 불에 소멸되리라
9그 때에 내가 열방의 입술을 깨끗케 하여 그들로 다 나 여호와의 이름을 부르며 일심으로 섬기게 하리니
10내게 구하는 백성들 곧 내가 흩은 자의 딸이 구스 하수 건너편에서부터 예물을 가지고 와서 내게 드릴찌라
11그 날에 네가 내게 범죄한 모든 행위를 인하여 수치를 당하지 아니할 것은 그 때에 내가 너의 중에서 교만하여 자랑하는 자를 제하여 너로 나의 성산에서 다시는 교만하지 않게 할 것임이니라
12내가 곤고하고 가난한 백성을 너의 중에 남겨 두리니 그들이 여호와의 이름을 의탁하여 보호를 받을찌라
13이스라엘의 남은 자는 악을 행치 아니하며 거짓을 말하지 아니하며 입에 궤휼한 혀가 없으며 먹으며 누우나 놀라게 할 자가 없으리라
14시온의 딸아 노래할찌어다 이스라엘아 기쁘게 부를찌어다 예루살렘 딸아 전심으로 기뻐하며 즐거워할찌어다
15여호와가 너의 형벌을 제하였고 너의 원수를 쫓아내었으며 이스라엘 왕 여호와가 너의 중에 있으니 네가 다시는 화를 당할까 두려워하지 아니할 것이라
16그 날에 사람이 예루살렘에게 이르기를 두려워하지 말라 시온아 네 손을 늘어뜨리지 말라
17너의 하나님 여호와가 너의 가운데 계시니 그는 구원을 베푸실 전능자시라 그가 너로 인하여 기쁨을 이기지 못하여 하시며 너를 잠잠히 사랑하시며 너로 인하여 즐거이 부르며 기뻐하시리라 하리라
18내가 대회로 인하여 근심하는 자를 모으리니 그들은 네게 속한 자라 너의 치욕이 그들에게 무거운 짐이 되었느니라
19그 때에 내가 너를 괴롭게 하는 자를 다 벌하고 저는 자를 구원하며 쫓겨난 자를 모으며 온 세상에서 수욕 받는 자로 칭찬과 명성을 얻게 하리라
20내가 그 때에 너희를 이끌고 그 때에 너희를 모을찌라 내가 너희 목전에서 너희 사로잡힘을 돌이킬 때에 너희로 천하 만민 중에서 명성과 칭찬을 얻게 하리라 나 여호와의 말이니라
Zephaniah03
1Woe to the city of oppressors, rebellious and defiled!
2She obeys no one, she accepts no correction. She does not trust in the LORD, she does not draw near to her God.
3Her officials are roaring lions, her rulers are evening wolves, who leave nothing for the morning.
4Her prophets are arrogant; they are treacherous men. Her priests profane the sanctuary and do violence to the law.
5The LORD within her is righteous; he does no wrong. Morning by morning he dispenses his justice, and every new day he does not fail, yet the unrighteous know no shame.
6'I have cut off nations; their strongholds are demolished. I have left their streets deserted, with no one passing through. Their cities are destroyed; no one will be left-no one at all.
7I said to the city, 'Surely you will fear me and accept correction!' Then her dwelling would not be cut off, nor all my punishments come upon her. But they were still eager to act corruptly in all they did.
8Therefore wait for me,' declares the LORD, 'for the day I will stand up to testify. I have decided to assemble the nations, to gather the kingdoms and to pour out my wrath on them-all my fierce anger. The whole world will be consumed by the fire of my jealous anger.
9'Then will I purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the name of the LORD and serve him shoulder to shoulder.
10From beyond the rivers of Cush my worshipers, my scattered people, will bring me offerings.
11On that day you will not be put to shame for all the wrongs you have done to me, because I will remove from this city those who rejoice in their pride. Never again will you be haughty on my holy hill.
12But I will leave within you the meek and humble, who trust in the name of the LORD.
13The remnant of Israel will do no wrong; they will speak no lies, nor will deceit be found in their mouths. They will eat and lie down and no one will make them afraid.'
14Sing, O Daughter of Zion; shout aloud, O Israel! Be glad and rejoice with all your heart, O Daughter of Jerusalem!
15The LORD has taken away your punishment, he has turned back your enemy. The LORD, the King of Israel, is with you; never again will you fear any harm.
16On that day they will say to Jerusalem, 'Do not fear, O Zion; do not let your hands hang limp.
17The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.'
18'The sorrows for the appointed feasts I will remove from you; they are a burden and a reproach to you.
19At that time I will deal with all who oppressed you; I will rescue the lame and gather those who have been scattered. I will give them praise and honor in every land where they were put to shame.
20At that time I will gather you; at that time I will bring you home. I will give you honor and praise among all the peoples of the earth when I restore your fortunes before your very eyes,' says the LORD.

스바냐2장
1수치를 모르는 백성아 모일찌어다 모일찌어다
2명령이 시행되기 전, 광음이 겨 같이 날아 지나가기 전, 여호와의 진노가 너희에게 임하기 전, 여호와의 분노의 날이 너희에게 이르기 전에 그리할찌어다
3여호와의 규례를 지키는 세상의 모든 겸손한 자들아 너희는 여호와를 찾으며 공의와 겸손을 구하라 너희가 혹시 여호와의 분노의 날에 숨김을 얻으리라
4가사가 버리우며 아스글론이 황폐되며 아스돗이 백주에 쫓겨나며 에그론이 뽑히우리라
5해변 거민 그렛 족속에게 화 있을찐저 블레셋 사람의 땅 가나안아 여호와의 말이 너희를 치나니 내가 너를 멸하여 거민이 없게 하리라
6해변은 초장이 되어 목자의 움과 양떼의 우리가 거기 있을 것이며
7그 지경은 유다 족속의 남은 자에게로 돌아갈찌라 그들이 거기서 양떼를 먹이고 저녁에는 아스글론 집들에 누우리니 이는 그들의 하나님 여호와가 그들을 권고하여 그 사로잡힘을 돌이킬 것임이니라
8내가 모압의 훼방과 암몬 자손의 후욕을 들었나니 그들이 내 백성을 훼방하고 스스로 커서 그 경계를 침범하였느니라
9그러므로 만군의 여호와 이스라엘의 하나님이 말하노라 내가 나의 삶을 두고 맹세하노니 장차 모압은 소돔 같으며 암몬 자손은 고모라 같을 것이라 찔레가 나며 소금 구덩이가 되어 영원히 황무하리니 나의 끼친 백성이 그들을 노략하며 나의 남은 국민이 그것을 기업으로 얻을 것이라
10그들이 이런 일을 당할 것은 교만하여 스스로 커서 만군의 여호와의 백성을 훼방함이니라
11여호와가 그들에게 두렵게 되어서 세상의 모든 신을 쇠진케 하리니 이방의 모든 해변 사람들이 각각 자기 처소에서 여호와께 경배하리라
12구스 사람아 너희도 내 칼에 살륙을 당하리라
13여호와가 북방을 향하여 손을 펴서 앗수르를 멸하며 니느웨로 황무케 하여 사막 같이 메마르게 하리니
14각양 짐승이 그 가운데 떼로 누울 것이며 당아와 고슴도치가 그 기둥 꼭대기에 깃들일 것이며 창에서 울 것이며 문턱이 적막하리니 백향목으로 지은 것이 벗겨졌음이라
15이는 기쁜 성이라 염려 없이 거하며 심중에 이르기를 오직 나만 있고 나 외에는 다른이가 없다 하더니 어찌 이같이 황무하여 들짐승의 엎드릴 곳이 되었는고 지나가는 자마다 치소하여 손을 흔들리로다
Zephaniah02
1Gather together, gather together, O shameful nation,
2before the appointed time arrives and that day sweeps on like chaff, before the fierce anger of the LORD comes upon you, before the day of the LORD's wrath comes upon you.
3Seek the LORD, all you humble of the land, you who do what he commands. Seek righteousness, seek humility; perhaps you will be sheltered on the day of the LORD's anger.
4Gaza will be abandoned and Ashkelon left in ruins. At midday Ashdod will be emptied and Ekron uprooted.
5Woe to you who live by the sea, O Kerethite people; the word of the LORD is against you, O Canaan, land of the Philistines. 'I will destroy you, and none will be left.'
6The land by the sea, where the Kerethites dwell, will be a place for shepherds and sheep pens.
7It will belong to the remnant of the house of Judah; there they will find pasture. In the evening they will lie down in the houses of Ashkelon. The LORD their God will care for them; he will restore their fortunes.
8'I have heard the insults of Moab and the taunts of the Ammonites, who insulted my people and made threats against their land.
9Therefore, as surely as I live,' declares the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, 'surely Moab will become like Sodom, the Ammonites like Gomorrah-a place of weeds and salt pits, a wasteland forever. The remnant of my people will plunder them; the survivors of my nation will inherit their land.'
10This is what they will get in return for their pride, for insulting and mocking the people of the LORD Almighty.
11The LORD will be awesome to them when he destroys all the gods of the land. The nations on every shore will worship him, every one in its own land.
12'You too, O Cushites, will be slain by my sword.'
13He will stretch out his hand against the north and destroy Assyria, leaving Nineveh utterly desolate and dry as the desert.
14Flocks and herds will lie down there, creatures of every kind. The desert owl and the screech owl will roost on her columns. Their calls will echo through the windows, rubble will be in the doorways, the beams of cedar will be exposed.
15This is the carefree city that lived in safety. She said to herself, 'I am, and there is none besides me.' What a ruin she has become, a lair for wild beasts! All who pass by her scoff and shake their fists.

예레미야애가3장
1여호와의 노하신 매로 인하여 고난 당한 자는 내로다
2나를 이끌어 흑암에 행하고 광명에 행치 않게 하셨으며
3종일토록 손을 돌이켜 자주 자주 나를 치시도다
4나의 살과 가죽을 쇠하게 하시며 나의 뼈를 꺾으셨고
5담즙과 수고를 쌓아 나를 에우셨으며
6나로 흑암에 거하게 하시기를 죽은지 오랜 자 같게 하셨도다
7나를 둘러 싸서 나가지 못하게 하시고 나의 사슬을 무겁게 하셨으며
8내가 부르짖어 도움을 구하나 내 기도를 물리치시며
9다듬은 돌을 쌓아 내 길을 막으사 내 첩경을 굽게 하셨도다
10저는 내게 대하여 엎드리어 기다리는 곰과 은밀한 곳의 사자 같으사
11나의 길로 치우치게 하시며 내 몸을 찢으시며 나로 적막하게 하셨도다
12활을 당기고 나로 과녁을 삼으심이여
13전동의 살로 내 허리를 맞추셨도다
14나는 내 모든 백성에게 조롱거리 곧 종일토록 그들의 노랫거리가 되었도다
15나를 쓴 것으로 배불리시고 쑥으로 취하게 하셨으며
16조약돌로 내 이를 꺾으시고 재로 나를 덮으셨도다
17주께서 내 심령으로 평강을 멀리 떠나게 하시니 내가 복을 잊어버렸음이여
18스스로 이르기를 나의 힘과 여호와께 대한 내 소망이 끊어졌다 하였도다
19내 고초와 재난 곧 쑥과 담즙을 기억하소서
20내 심령이 그것을 기억하고 낙심이 되오나
21중심에 회상한즉 오히려 소망이 있사옴은
22여호와의 자비와 긍휼이 무궁하시므로 우리가 진멸되지 아니함이니이다
23이것이 아침마다 새로우니 주의 성실이 크도소이다
24내 심령에 이르기를 여호와는 나의 기업이시니 그러므로 내가 저를 바라리라 하도다
25무릇 기다리는 자에게나 구하는 영혼에게 여호와께서 선을 베푸시는도다
26사람이 여호와의 구원을 바라고 잠잠히 기다림이 좋도다
27사람이 젊었을 때에 멍에를 메는 것이 좋으니
28혼자 앉아서 잠잠할 것은 주께서 그것을 메우셨음이라
29입을 티끌에 댈찌어다 혹시 소망이 있을찌로다
30때리는 자에게 뺨을 향하여 수욕으로 배불릴찌어다
31이는 주께서 영원토록 버리지 않으실 것임이며
32저가 비록 근심케 하시나 그 풍부한 자비대로 긍휼히 여기실 것임이라
33주께서 인생으로 고생하며 근심하게 하심이 본심이 아니시로다
34세상에 모든 갇힌 자를 발로 밟는 것과
35지극히 높으신 자의 얼굴 앞에서 사람의 재판을 굽게 하는 것과
36사람의 송사를 억울케 하는 것은 다 주의 기쁘게 보시는 것이 아니로다
37주의 명령이 아니면 누가 능히 말하여 이루게 하랴
38화, 복이 지극히 높으신 자의 입으로 나오지 아니하느냐
39살아 있는 사람은 자기 죄로 벌을 받나니 어찌 원망하랴
40우리가 스스로 행위를 조사하고 여호와께로 돌아가자
41마음과 손을 아울러 하늘에 계신 하나님께 들자
42우리의 범죄함과 패역함을 주께서 사하지 아니하시고
43진노로 스스로 가리우시고 우리를 군축하시며 살륙하사 긍휼을 베풀지 아니하셨나이다
44주께서 구름으로 스스로 가리우사 기도로 상달치 못하게 하시고
45우리를 열방 가운데서 진개와 폐물을 삼으셨으므로
46우리의 모든 대적이 우리를 향하여 입을 크게 벌렸나이다
47두려움과 함정과 잔해와 멸망이 우리에게 임하였도다
48처녀 내 백성의 파멸을 인하여 내 눈에 눈물이 시내처럼 흐르도다
49내 눈의 흐르는 눈물이 그치지 아니하고 쉬지 아니함이여
50여호와께서 하늘에서 살피시고 돌아보시기를 기다리는도다
51나의 성읍의 모든 여자를 인하여 내 눈이 내 심령을 상하게 하는도다
52무고히 나의 대적이 된 자가 나를 새와 같이 심히 쫓도다
53저희가 내 생명을 끊으려고 나를 구덩이에 넣고 그 위에 돌을 던짐이여
54물이 내 머리에 넘치니 내가 스스로 이르기를 이제는 멸절되었다 하도다
55여호와여 내가 심히 깊은 구덩이에서 주의 이름을 불렀나이다
56주께서 이미 나의 음성을 들으셨사오니 이제 나의 탄식과 부르짖음에 주의 귀를 가리우지 마옵소서
57내가 주께 아뢴 날에 주께서 내게 가까이 하여 가라사대 두려워 말라 하셨나이다
58주여 주께서 내 심령의 원통을 펴셨고 내 생명을 속하셨나이다
59여호와여 나의 억울을 감찰하셨사오니 나를 위하여 신원하옵소서
60저희가 내게 보수하며 나를 모해함을 주께서 다 감찰하셨나이다
61여호와여 저희가 나를 훼파하며 나를 모해하는 것
62곧 일어나 나를 치는 자의 입술에서 나오는 것과 종일 모해하는 것을 들으셨나이다
63저희가 앉든지 서든지 나를 노래하는 것을 주여 보옵소서
64여호와여 주께서 저의 손으로 행한대로 보응하사
65그 마음을 강퍅하게 하시고 저주를 더하시며
66진노로 저희를 군축하사 여호와의 천하에서 멸하시리이다
Lamentation03
1I am the man who has seen affliction by the rod of his wrath.
2He has driven me away and made me walk in darkness rather than light;
3indeed, he has turned his hand against me again and again, all day long.
4He has made my skin and my flesh grow old and has broken my bones.
5He has besieged me and surrounded me with bitterness and hardship.
6He has made me dwell in darkness like those long dead.
7He has walled me in so I cannot escape; he has weighed me down with chains.
8Even when I call out or cry for help, he shuts out my prayer.
9He has barred my way with blocks of stone; he has made my paths crooked.
10Like a bear lying in wait, like a lion in hiding,
11he dragged me from the path and mangled me and left me without help.
12He drew his bow and made me the target for his arrows.
13He pierced my heart with arrows from his quiver.
14I became the laughingstock of all my people; they mock me in song all day long.
15He has filled me with bitter herbs and sated me with gall.
16He has broken my teeth with gravel; he has trampled me in the dust.
17I have been deprived of peace; I have forgotten what prosperity is.
18So I say, 'My splendor is gone and all that I had hoped from the LORD.'
19I remember my affliction and my wandering, the bitterness and the gall.
20I well remember them, and my soul is downcast within me.
21Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope:
22Because of the LORD's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail.
23They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.
24I say to myself, 'The LORD is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.'
25The LORD is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him;
26it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the LORD.
27It is good for a man to bear the yoke while he is young.
28Let him sit alone in silence, for the LORD has laid it on him.
29Let him bury his face in the dust-there may yet be hope.
30Let him offer his cheek to one who would strike him, and let him be filled with disgrace.
31For men are not cast off by the Lord forever.
32Though he brings grief, he will show compassion, so great is his unfailing love.
33For he does not willingly bring affliction or grief to the children of men.
34To crush underfoot all prisoners in the land,
35to deny a man his rights before the Most High,
36to deprive a man of justice-would not the Lord see such things?
37Who can speak and have it happen if the Lord has not decreed it?
38Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that both calamities and good things come?
39Why should any living man complain when punished for his sins?
40Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the LORD.
41Let us lift up our hearts and our hands to God in heaven, and say:
42'We have sinned and rebelled and you have not forgiven.
43'You have covered yourself with anger and pursued us; you have slain without pity.
44You have covered yourself with a cloud so that no prayer can get through.
45You have made us scum and refuse among the nations.
46'All our enemies have opened their mouths wide against us.
47We have suffered terror and pitfalls, ruin and destruction.'
48Streams of tears flow from my eyes because my people are destroyed.
49My eyes will flow unceasingly, without relief,
50until the LORD looks down from heaven and sees.
51What I see brings grief to my soul because of all the women of my city.
52Those who were my enemies without cause hunted me like a bird.
53They tried to end my life in a pit and threw stones at me;
54the waters closed over my head, and I thought I was about to be cut off.
55I called on your name, O LORD, from the depths of the pit.
56You heard my plea: 'Do not close your ears to my cry for relief.'
57You came near when I called you, and you said, 'Do not fear.'
58O Lord, you took up my case; you redeemed my life.
59You have seen, O LORD, the wrong done to me. Uphold my cause!
60You have seen the depth of their vengeance, all their plots against me.
61O LORD, you have heard their insults, all their plots against me-
62what my enemies whisper and mutter against me all day long.
63Look at them! Sitting or standing, they mock me in their songs.
64Pay them back what they deserve, O LORD, for what their hands have done.
65Put a veil over their hearts, and may your curse be on them!
66Pursue them in anger and destroy them from under the heavens of the LORD.

시편 110편
1여호와께서 내 주에게 말씀하시기를 내가 네 원수로 네 발등상 되게 하기까지 너는 내 우편에 앉으라 하셨도다
2여호와께서 시온에서부터 주의 권능의 홀을 내어 보내시리니 주는 원수 중에서 다스리소서
3주의 권능의 날에 주의 백성이 거룩한 옷을 입고 즐거이 헌신하니 새벽 이슬 같은 주의 청년들이 주께 나오는도다
4여호와는 맹세하고 변치 아니하시리라 이르시기를 너는 멜기세덱의 반차를 좇아 영원한 제사장이라 하셨도다
5주의 우편에 계신 주께서 그 노하시는 날에 열왕을 쳐서 파하실 것이라
6열방 중에 판단하여 시체로 가득하게 하시고 여러 나라의 머리를 쳐서 파하시며
7길가의 시냇물을 마시고 인하여 그 머리를 드시리로다

1The LORD says to my Lord: 'Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.'
2The LORD will extend your mighty scepter from Zion; you will rule in the midst of your enemies.
3Your troops will be willing on your day of battle. Arrayed in holy majesty, from the womb of the dawn you will receive the dew of your youth.
4The LORD has sworn and will not change his mind: 'You are a priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek.'
5The Lord is at your right hand; he will crush kings on the day of his wrath.

2여호와의 행사가 크시니 이를 즐거워하는 자가 다 연구하는도다
3그 행사가 존귀하고 엄위하며 그 의가 영원히 있도다
4그 기이한 일을 사람으로 기억케 하셨으니 여호와는 은혜로우시고 자비하시도다
5여호와께서 자기를 경외하는 자에게 양식을 주시며 그 언약을 영원히 기억하시리로다
6저가 자기 백성에게 열방을 기업으로 주사 그 행사의 능을 저희에게 보이셨도다
7그 손의 행사는 진실과 공의며 그 법도는 다 확실하니
8영원 무궁히 정하신바요 진실과 정의로 행하신 바로다
9여호와께서 그 백성에게 구속을 베푸시며 그 언약을 영원히 세우셨으니 그 이름이 거룩하고 지존하시도다
10여호와를 경외함이 곧 지혜의 근본이라 그 계명을 지키는 자는 다 좋은 지각이 있나니 여호와를 찬송함이 영원히 있으리로다
Psalm111
1Praise the LORD. I will extol the LORD with all my heart in the council of the upright and in the assembly.
2Great are the works of the LORD; they are pondered by all who delight in them.
3Glorious and majestic are his deeds, and his righteousness endures forever.
4He has caused his wonders to be remembered; the LORD is gracious and compassionate.
5He provides food for those who fear him; he remembers his covenant forever.
6He has shown his people the power of his works, giving them the lands of other nations.
7The works of his hands are faithful and just; all his precepts are trustworthy.
8They are steadfast for ever and ever, done in faithfulness and uprightness.
9He provided redemption for his people; he ordained his covenant forever-holy and awesome is his name.
10The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; all who follow his precepts have good understanding. To him belongs eternal praise.

1할렐루야, 여호와를 경외하며 그 계명을 크게 즐거워하는 자는 복이 있도다
2그 후손이 땅에서 강성함이여 정직자의 후대가 복이 있으리로다
3부요와 재물이 그 집에 있음이여 그 의가 영원히 있으리로다
4정직한 자에게는 흑암 중에 빛이 일어나나니 그는 어질고 자비하고 의로운 자로다
5은혜를 베풀며 꾸이는 자는 잘 되나니 그 일을 공의로 하리로다
6저가 영영히 요동치 아니함이여 의인은 영원히 기념하게 되리로다
7그는 흉한 소식을 두려워 아니함이여 여호와를 의뢰하고 그 마음을 굳게 정하였도다
8그 마음이 견고하여 두려워 아니할 것이라 그 대적의 받는 보응을 필경 보리로다
9저가 재물을 흩어 빈궁한 자에게 주었으니 그 의가 영원히 있고 그 뿔이 영화로이 들리리로다
10악인은 이를 보고 한하여 이를 갈면서 소멸하리니 악인의 소욕은 멸망하리로다

1Praise the LORD. Blessed is the man who fears the LORD, who finds great delight in his commands.
2His children will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed.
3Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever.
4Even in darkness light dawns for the upright, for the gracious and compassionate and righteous man.
5Good will come to him who is generous and lends freely, who conducts his affairs with justice.
6Surely he will never be shaken; a righteous man will be remembered forever.
7He will have no fear of bad news; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the LORD.
8His heart is secure, he will have no fear; in the end he will look in triumph on his foes.
9He has scattered abroad his gifts to the poor, his righteousness endures forever; his horn will be lifted high in honor.
10The wicked man will see and be vexed, he will gnash his teeth and waste away; the longings of the wicked will come to nothing.

이사야58장
1크게 외치라 아끼지 말라 네 목소리를 나팔 같이 날려 내 백성에게 그 허물을, 야곱 집에 그 죄를 고하라
2그들이 날마다 나를 찾아 나의 길 알기를 즐거워함이 마치 의를 행하여 그 하나님의 규례를 폐하지 아니하는 나라 같아서 의로운 판단을 내게 구하며 하나님과 가까이 하기를 즐겨하며
3이르기를 우리가 금식하되 주께서 보지 아니하심은 어찜이오며 우리가 마음을 괴롭게 하되 주께서 알아주지 아니하심은 어찜이니이까 하느니라 보라 너희가 금식하는 날에 오락을 찾아 얻으며 온갖 일을 시키는도다
4보라 너희가 금식하면서 다투며 싸우며 악한 주먹으로 치는도다 너희의 오늘 금식하는 것은 너희 목소리로 상달케 하려 하는 것이 아니라
5이것이 어찌 나의 기뻐하는 금식이 되겠으며 이것이 어찌 사람이 그 마음을 괴롭게 하는 날이 되겠느냐 그 머리를 갈대 같이 숙이고 굵은 베와 재를 펴는 것을 어찌 금식이라 하겠으며 여호와께 열납될 날이라 하겠느냐
6나의 기뻐하는 금식은 흉악의 결박을 풀어 주며 멍에의 줄을 끌러주며 압제 당하는 자를 자유케 하며 모든 멍에를 꺾는 것이 아니겠느냐
7또 주린 자에게 네 식물을 나눠 주며 유리하는 빈민을 네 집에 들이며 벗은 자를 보면 입히며 또 네 골육을 피하여 스스로 숨지 아니하는 것이 아니겠느냐
8그리하면 네 빛이 아침 같이 비췰 것이며 네 치료가 급속할 것이며 네 의가 네 앞에 행하고 여호와의 영광이 네 뒤에 호위하리니
9네가 부를 때에는 나 여호와가 응답하겠고 네가 부르짖을 때에는 말하기를 내가 여기 있다 하리라 만일 네가 너희 중에서 멍에와 손가락질과 허망한 말을 제하여 버리고
10주린 자에게 네 심정을 동하며 괴로와하는 자의 마음을 만족케 하면 네 빛이 흑암 중에서 발하여 네 어두움이 낮과 같이 될 것이며
11나 여호와가 너를 항상 인도하여 마른 곳에서도 네 영혼을 만족케 하며 네 뼈를 견고케 하리니 너는 물 댄 동산 같겠고 물이 끊어지지 아니하는 샘 같을 것이라
12네게서 날 자들이 오래 황폐된 곳들을 다시 세울 것이며 너는 역대의 파괴된 기초를 쌓으리니 너를 일컬어 무너진데를 수보하는 자라 할 것이며 길을 수축하여 거할 곳이 되게 하는 자라 하리라
13만일 안식일에 네 발을 금하여 내 성일에 오락을 행치 아니하고 안식일을 일컬어 즐거운 날이라, 여호와의 성일을 존귀한 날이라 하여 이를 존귀히 여기고 네 길로 행치 아니하며 네 오락을 구치 아니하며 사사로운 말을 하지 아니하면
14네가 여호와의 안에서 즐거움을 얻을 것이라 내가 너를 땅의 높은 곳에 올리고 네 조상 야곱의 업으로 기르리라 여호와의 입의 말이니라
Isaiah58
1'Shout it aloud, do not hold back. Raise your voice like a trumpet. Declare to my people their rebellion and to the house of Jacob their sins.
2For day after day they seek me out; they seem eager to know my ways, as if they were a nation that does what is right and has not forsaken the commands of its God. They ask me for just decisions and seem eager for God to come near them.
3'Why have we fasted,' they say, 'and you have not seen it? Why have we humbled ourselves, and you have not noticed?' "Yet on the day of your fasting, you do as you please and exploit all your workers.
4Your fasting ends in quarreling and strife, and in striking each other with wicked fists. You cannot fast as you do today and expect your voice to be heard on high.
5Is this the kind of fast I have chosen, only a day for a man to humble himself? Is it only for bowing one's head like a reed and for lying on sackcloth and ashes? Is that what you call a fast, a day acceptable to the LORD ?
6'Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke?
7Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter-when you see the naked, to clothe him, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?
8Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the LORD will be your rear guard.
9Then you will call, and the LORD will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I. 'If you do away with the yoke of oppression, with the pointing finger and malicious talk,
10and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.
11The LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.
12Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins and will raise up the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls, Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.
13"If you keep your feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as you please on my holy day, if you call the Sabbath a delight and the LORD's holy day honorable, and if you honor it by not going your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words,
14then you will find your joy in the LORD, and I will cause you to ride on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance of your father Jacob." The mouth of the LORD has spoken.

스바냐1장
1아몬의 아들 유다 왕 요시아의 시대에 스바냐에게 임한 여호와의 말씀이라 스바냐는 히스기야의 현손이요 아마랴의 증손이요 그다랴의 손자요 구시의 아들이었더라
2여호와께서 가라사대 내가 지면에서 모든 것을 진멸하리라
3내가 사람과 짐승을 진멸하고 공중의 새와 바다의 고기와 거치게 하는 것과 악인들을 아울러 진멸할 것이라 내가 사람을 지면에서 멸절하리라 나 여호와의 말이니라
4내가 유다와 예루살렘 모든 거민 위에 손을 펴서 바알의 남아 있는 것을 그곳에서 멸절하며 그마림이란 이름과 및 그 제사장들을 아울러 멸절하며
5무릇 지붕에서 하늘의 일월성신에게 경배하는 자와 경배하며 여호와께 맹세하면서 말감을 가리켜 맹세하는 자와
6여호와를 배반하고 좇지 아니한 자와 여호와를 찾지도 아니하며 구하지도 아니한 자를 멸절하리라
7주 여호와 앞에서 잠잠할찌어다 이는 여호와의 날이 가까왔으므로 여호와가 희생을 준비하고 그 청할 자를 구별하였음이니라
8여호와의 희생의 날에 내가 방백들과 왕자들과 이방의 의복을 입은 자들을 벌할 것이며
9그 날에 문턱을 뛰어 넘어서 강포와 궤휼로 자기 주인의 집에 채운 자들을 내가 벌하리라
10나 여호와가 말하노라 그 날에 어문에서는 곡성이, 제 이 구역에서는 부르짖는 소리가, 작은 산들에서는 무너지는 소리가 일어나리라
11막데스 거민들아 너희는 애곡하라 가나안 백성이 다 패망하고 은을 수운하는 자가 끊어졌음이니라
12그 때에 내가 등불로 예루살렘에 두루 찾아 무릇 찌끼 같이 가라앉아서 심중에 스스로 이르기를 여호와께서는 복도 내리지 아니하시며 화도 내리지 아니하시리라 하는 자를 벌하리니
13그들의 재물이 노략되며 그들의 집이 황무할 것이라 그들이 집을 건축하나 거기 거하지 못하며 포도원을 심으나 그 포도주를 마시지 못하리라
14여호와의 큰 날이 가깝도다 가깝고도 심히 빠르도다 여호와의 날의 소리로다 용사가 거기서 심히 애곡하는도다
15그 날은 분노의 날이요 환난과 고통의 날이요 황무와 패괴의 날이요 캄캄하고 어두운 날이요 구름과 흑암의 날이요
16나팔을 불어 경고하며 견고한 성읍을 치며 높은 망대를 치는 날이로다
17내가 사람들에게 고난을 내려 소경 같이 행하게 하리니 이는 그들이 나 여호와께 범죄하였음이라 또 그들의 피는 흘리워서 티끌 같이 되며 그들의 살은 분토 같이 될찌라
18그들의 은과 금이 여호와의 분노의 날에 능히 그들을 건지지 못할 것이며 이 온 땅이 여호와의 질투의 불에 삼키우리니 이는 여호와가 이 땅 모든 거민을 멸절하되 놀랍게 멸절할 것임이니라
Zephaniah01
1The word of the LORD that came to Zephaniah son of Cushi, the son of Gedaliah, the son of Amariah, the son of Hezekiah, during the reign of Josiah son of Amon king of Judah:
2'I will sweep away everything from the face of the earth,' declares the LORD.
3'I will sweep away both men and animals; I will sweep away the birds of the air and the fish of the sea. The wicked will have only heaps of rubble when I cut off man from the face of the earth,' declares the LORD.
4'I will stretch out my hand against Judah and against all who live in Jerusalem. I will cut off from this place every remnant of Baal, the names of the pagan and the idolatrous priests-
5those who bow down on the roofs to worship the starry host, those who bow down and swear by the LORD and who also swear by Molech,
6those who turn back from following the LORD and neither seek the LORD nor inquire of him.
7Be silent before the Sovereign LORD, for the day of the LORD is near. The LORD has prepared a sacrifice; he has consecrated those he has invited.
8On the day of the LORD's sacrifice I will punish the princes and the king's sons and all those clad in foreign clothes.
9On that day I will punish all who avoid stepping on the threshold, who fill the temple of their gods with violence and deceit.
10'On that day,' declares the LORD, 'a cry will go up from the Fish Gate, wailing from the New Quarter, and a loud crash from the hills.
11Wail, you who live in the market district ; all your merchants will be wiped out, all who trade with silver will be ruined.
12At that time I will search Jerusalem with lamps and punish those who are complacent, who are like wine left on its dregs, who think, 'The LORD will do nothing, either good or bad.'
13Their wealth will be plundered, their houses demolished. They will build houses but not live in them; they will plant vineyards but not drink the wine.
14'The great day of the LORD is near-near and coming quickly. Listen! The cry on the day of the LORD will be bitter, the shouting of the warrior there.
15That day will be a day of wrath, a day of distress and anguish, a day of trouble and ruin, a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and blackness,
16a day of trumpet and battle cry against the fortified cities and against the corner towers.
17I will bring distress on the people and they will walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the LORD. Their blood will be poured out like dust and their entrails like filth.
18Neither their silver nor their gold will be able to save them on the day of the LORD's wrath. In the fire of his jealousy the whole world will be consumed, for he will make a sudden end of all who live in the earth."

하박국3장
1시기오놋에 맞춘바 선지자 하박국의 기도라
2여호와여 내가 주께 대한 소문을 듣고 놀랐나이다 여호와여 주는 주의 일을 이 수년 내에 부흥케 하옵소서 이 수년 내에 나타내시옵소서 진노 중에라도 긍휼을 잊지 마옵소서
3하나님이 데만에서부터 오시며 거룩한 자가 바란산에서부터 오시도다 (셀라) 그 영광이 하늘을 덮었고 그 찬송이 세계에 가득하도다
4그 광명이 햇빛 같고 광선이 그 손에서 나오니 그 권능이 그 속에 감취었도다
5온역이 그 앞에서 행하며 불덩이가 그 발밑에서 나오도다
6그가 서신즉 땅이 진동하며 그가 보신즉 열국이 전률하며 영원한 산이 무너지며 무궁한 작은 산이 엎드러지나니 그 행하심이 예로부터 그러하시도다
7내가 본즉 구산의 장막이 환난을 당하고 미디안 땅의 휘장이 흔들리도다
8여호와여 주께서 말을 타시며 구원의 병거를 모시오니 하수를 분히 여기심이니이까 강을 노여워하심이니이까 바다를 대하여 성내심이니이까
9주께서 활을 꺼내시고 살을 바로 발하셨나이다 (셀라) 주께서 하수들로 땅을 쪼개셨나이다
10산들이 주를 보고 흔들리며 창수가 넘치고 바다가 소리를 지르며 손을 높이 들었나이다
11주의 날으는 살의 빛과 주의 번쩍이는 창의 광채로 인하여 해와 달이 그 처소에 멈추었나이다
12주께서 노를 발하사 땅에 둘리셨으며 분을 내사 열국을 밟으셨나이다
13주께서 주의 백성을 구원하시려고, 기름 받은 자를 구원하시려고 나오사 악인의 집머리를 치시며 그 기초를 끝까지 드러내셨나이다 (셀라)
14그들이 회리바람처럼 이르러 나를 흩으려 하며 가만히 가난한 자 삼키기를 즐거워하나 오직 주께서 그들의 전사의 머리를 그들의 창으로 찌르셨나이다
15주께서 말을 타시고 바다 곧 큰 물의 파도를 밟으셨나이다
16내가 들었으므로 내 창자가 흔들렸고 그 목소리로 인하여 내 입술이 떨렸도다 무리가 우리를 치러 올라 오는 환난날을 내가 기다리므로 내 뼈에 썩이는 것이 들어 왔으며 내 몸은 내 처소에서 떨리는도다
17비록 무화과나무가 무성치 못하며 포도나무에 열매가 없으며 감람나무에 소출이 없으며 밭에 식물이 없으며 우리에 양이 없으며 외양간에 소가 없을찌라도
18나는 여호와를 인하여 즐거워하며 나의 구원의 하나님을 인하여 기뻐하리로다
19주 여호와는 나의 힘이시라 나의 발을 사슴과 같게 하사 나로 나의 높은 곳에 다니게 하시리로다 이 노래는 영장을 위하여 내 수금에 맞춘 것이니라
Habakkuk 03
1A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet. On shigionoth.
2LORD, I have heard of your fame; I stand in awe of your deeds, O LORD. Renew them in our day, in our time make them known; in wrath remember mercy.
3God came from Teman, the Holy One from Mount Paran. Selah His glory covered the heavens and his praise filled the earth.
4His splendor was like the sunrise; rays flashed from his hand, where his power was hidden.
5Plague went before him; pestilence followed his steps.
6He stood, and shook the earth; he looked, and made the nations tremble. The ancient mountains crumbled and the age-old hills collapsed. His ways are eternal.
7I saw the tents of Cushan in distress, the dwellings of Midian in anguish.
8Were you angry with the rivers, O LORD? Was your wrath against the streams? Did you rage against the sea when you rode with your horses and your victorious chariots?
9You uncovered your bow, you called for many arrows. Selah You split the earth with rivers;
10the mountains saw you and writhed. Torrents of water swept by; the deep roared and lifted its waves on high.
11Sun and moon stood still in the heavens at the glint of your flying arrows, at the lightning of your flashing spear.
12In wrath you strode through the earth and in anger you threshed the nations.
13You came out to deliver your people, to save your anointed one. You crushed the leader of the land of wickedness, you stripped him from head to foot. Selah
14With his own spear you pierced his head when his warriors stormed out to scatter us, gloating as though about to devour the wretched who were in hiding.
15You trampled the sea with your horses, churning the great waters.
16I heard and my heart pounded, my lips quivered at the sound; decay crept into my bones, and my legs trembled. Yet I will wait patiently for the day of calamity to come on the nation invading us.
17Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls,
18yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior.
19The Sovereign LORD is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to go on the heights. For the director of music. On my stringed instruments.
