에스겔27장
1여호와의 말씀이 내게 임하여 가라사대
2인자야 너는 두로를 위하여 애가를 지으라
3너는 두로를 향하여 이르기를 바다 어귀에 거하여 여러 섬 백성과 통상하는 자여 주 여호와의 말씀에 두로야 네가 말하기를 나는 온전히 아름답다 하였도다
4네 지경이 바다 가운데 있음이여 너를 지은 자가 네 아름다움을 온전케 하였도다
5스닐의 잣나무로 네 판자를 만들었음이여 너를 위하여 레바논 백향목을 가져 돛대를 만들었도다
6바산 상수리나무로 네 노를 만들었었음이여 깃딤섬 황양목에 상아로 꾸며 갑판을 만들었도다
7애굽의 수 놓은 가는 베로 돛을 만들어 기를 삼았음이여 엘리사 섬의 청색 자색 베로 차일을 만들었도다
8시돈과 아르왓 거민들이 네 사공이 되었음이여 두로야 네 가운데 있는 박사가 네 선장이 되었도다
9그발의 노인과 박사들이 네 가운데서 배의 틈을 막는 자가 되었음이여 바다의 모든 배와 그 사공들은 네 가운데서 무역하였도다
10바사와 룻과 붓이 네 군대 가운데서 병정이 되었음이여 네 가운데서 방패와 투구를 달아 네 영광을 나타내었도다
11아르왓 사람과 네 군대는 네 사면 성 위에 있었고 용사들은 네 여러 망대에 있었음이여 네 사면 성 위에 방패를 달아 네 아름다움을 온전케 하였도다
12다시스는 각종 보화가 풍부하므로 너와 통상하였음이여 은과 철과 상납과 납을 가지고 네 물품을 무역하였도다
13야완과 두발과 메섹은 네 장사가 되었음이여 사람과 놋그릇을 가지고 네 상품을 무역하였도다
14도갈마 족속은 말과 전마와 노새를 가지고 네 물품을 무역하며
15드단 사람은 네 장사가 되었음이여 여러 섬이 너와 통상하여 상아와 오목을 가져 네 물품을 무역하였도다
16너의 제조품이 풍부하므로 아람은 너와 통상하였음이여 남보석과 자색 베와 수 놓은 것과 가는 베와 산호와 홍보석을 가지고 네 물품을 무역하였도다
17유다와 이스라엘 땅 사람이 네 장사가 되었음이여 민닛 밀과 과자와 꿀과 기름과 유향을 가지고 네 물품을 무역하였도다
18너의 제조품이 많고 각종 보화가 풍부하므로 다메섹이 너와 통상하였음이여 헬본 포도주와 흰 양털을 가지고 너와 무역하였도다
19워단과 야완은 길쌈하는 실로 네 물품을 무역하였음이여 백철과 육계와 창포가 네 상품 중에 있었도다
20드단은 네 장사가 되었음이여 탈 때 까는 담으로 너와 무역하였도다
21아라비아와 게달의 모든 방백은 네 수하에 상고가 되어 어린 양과 수양과 염소들, 그것으로 너와 무역하였도다
22스바와 라아마의 장사들도 너의 장사들이 됨이여 각종 상등 향재료와 각종 보석과 황금으로 네 물품을 무역하였도다
23하란과 간네와 에덴과 스바와 앗수르와 길맛의 장사들도 너의 장사들이라
24이들이 아름다운 물화 곧 청색 옷과 수 놓은 물품과 빛난 옷을 백향목 상자에 담고 노끈으로 묶어 가지고 너와 통상하여 네 물품을 무역하였도다
25다시스의 배는 떼를 지어 네 물화를 실었음이여 네가 바다 중심에서 풍부하여 영화가 극하였도다
26네 사공이 너를 인도하여 큰 물에 이름이여 동풍이 바다 중심에서 너를 파하도다
27네 재물과 상품과 무역한 물건과 네 사공과 선장과 네 배의 틈을 막는 자와 네 장사와 네 가운데 있는 모든 용사와 네 가운데 있는 모든 무리가 네 패망하는 날에 다 바다 중심에 빠질 것임이여
28네 선장의 부르짖는 소리에 물결이 흔들리리로다
29무릇 노를 잡은 자와 사공과 바다의 선장들이 다 배에 내려 언덕에 서서
30너를 위하여 크게 소리질러 통곡하고 티끌을 머리에 무릅쓰며 재 가운데 굶이여
31그들이 다 너를 위하여 머리털을 밀고 굵은 베로 띠를 띠고 마음이 아프게 슬피 통곡하리로다
32그들이 통곡할 때에 너를 위하여 애가를 불러 조상하는 말씀이여 두로 같이 바다 가운데서 적막한 자 누구인고
33네 물품을 바다로 실어 낼 때에 네가 여러 백성을 풍족하게 하였음이여 네 재물과 무역품이 많으므로 세상 열왕을 풍부케 하였었도다
34네가 바다 깊은데서 파선한 때에 네 무역품과 네 승객이 다 빠졌음이여
35섬의 거민들이 너를 인하여 놀라고 열왕이 심히 두려워 하여 얼굴에 근심이 나타나도다
36열국의 상고가 다 너를 비웃음이여 네가 경계거리가 되고 네가 영원히 다시 있지 못하리라 하리로다 하셨다 하라
Ezekiel 27
1The word of the LORD came to me:
2'Son of man, take up a lament concerning Tyre.
3Say to Tyre, situated at the gateway to the sea, merchant of peoples on many coasts, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: " 'You say, O Tyre, "I am perfect in beauty."
4Your domain was on the high seas; your builders brought your beauty to perfection.
5They made all your timbers of pine trees from Senir ; they took a cedar from Lebanon to make a mast for you.
6Of oaks from Bashan they made your oars; of cypress wood from the coasts of Cyprus they made your deck, inlaid with ivory.
7Fine embroidered linen from Egypt was your sail and served as your banner; your awnings were of blue and purple from the coasts of Elishah.
8Men of Sidon and Arvad were your oarsmen; your skilled men, O Tyre, were aboard as your seamen.
9Veteran craftsmen of Gebal were on board as shipwrights to caulk your seams. All the ships of the sea and their sailors came alongside to trade for your wares.
10" 'Men of Persia, Lydia and Put served as soldiers in your army. They hung their shields and helmets on your walls, bringing you splendor.
11Men of Arvad and Helech manned your walls on every side; men of Gammad were in your towers. They hung their shields around your walls; they brought your beauty to perfection.
12" 'Tarshish did business with you because of your great wealth of goods; they exchanged silver, iron, tin and lead for your merchandise.
13" 'Greece, Tubal and Meshech traded with you; they exchanged slaves and articles of bronze for your wares.
14" 'Men of Beth Togarmah exchanged work horses, war horses and mules for your merchandise.
15" 'The men of Rhodes traded with you, and many coastlands were your customers; they paid you with ivory tusks and ebony.
16" 'Aram did business with you because of your many products; they exchanged turquoise, purple fabric, embroidered work, fine linen, coral and rubies for your merchandise.
17" 'Judah and Israel traded with you; they exchanged wheat from Minnith and confections, honey, oil and balm for your wares.
18" 'Damascus, because of your many products and great wealth of goods, did business with you in wine from Helbon and wool from Zahar.
19" 'Danites and Greeks from Uzal bought your merchandise; they exchanged wrought iron, cassia and calamus for your wares.
20" 'Dedan traded in saddle blankets with you.
21" 'Arabia and all the princes of Kedar were your customers; they did business with you in lambs, rams and goats.
22" 'The merchants of Sheba and Raamah traded with you; for your merchandise they exchanged the finest of all kinds of spices and precious stones, and gold.
23" 'Haran, Canneh and Eden and merchants of Sheba, Asshur and Kilmad traded with you.
24In your marketplace they traded with you beautiful garments, blue fabric, embroidered work and multicolored rugs with cords twisted and tightly knotted.
25" 'The ships of Tarshish serve as carriers for your wares. You are filled with heavy cargo in the heart of the sea.
26Your oarsmen take you out to the high seas. But the east wind will break you to pieces in the heart of the sea.
27Your wealth, merchandise and wares, your mariners, seamen and shipwrights, your merchants and all your soldiers, and everyone else on board will sink into the heart of the sea on the day of your shipwreck.
28The shorelands will quake when your seamen cry out.
29All who handle the oars will abandon their ships; the mariners and all the seamen will stand on the shore.
30They will raise their voice and cry bitterly over you; they will sprinkle dust on their heads and roll in ashes.
31They will shave their heads because of you and will put on sackcloth. They will weep over you with anguish of soul and with bitter mourning.
32As they wail and mourn over you, they will take up a lament concerning you: 'Who was ever silenced like Tyre, surrounded by the sea?'
33When your merchandise went out on the seas, you satisfied many nations; with your great wealth and your wares you enriched the kings of the earth.
34Now you are shattered by the sea in the depths of the waters; your wares and all your company have gone down with you.
35All who live in the coastlands are appalled at you; their kings shudder with horror and their faces are distorted with fear.
36The merchants among the nations hiss at you; you have come to a horrible end and will be no more.' "

이사야14장
1여호와께서 야곱을 긍휼히 여기시며 이스라엘을 다시 택하여 자기 고토에 두시리니 나그네 된 자가 야곱 족속에게 가입되어 그들과 연합할 것이며
2민족들이 그들을 데리고 그들의 본토에 돌아오리니 이스라엘 족속이 여호와의 땅에서 그들을 얻어 노비를 삼겠고 전에 자기를 사로잡던 자를 사로잡고 자기를 압제하던 자를 주관하리라
3여호와께서 너를 슬픔과 곤고와 및 너의 수고하는 고역에서 놓으시고 안식을 주시는 날에
4너는 바벨론 왕에 대하여 이 노래를 지어 이르기를 학대하던 자가 어찌 그리 그쳤으며 강포한 성이 어찌 그리 폐하였는고
5여호와께서 악인의 몽둥이와 패권자의 홀을 꺾으셨도다
6그들이 분내어 여러 민족을 치되 치기를 마지 아니하였고 노하여 열방을 억압하여도 그 억압을 막을 자 없었더니
7이제는 온 땅이 평안하고 정온하니 무리가 소리질러 노래하는도다
8향나무와 레바논 백향목도 너로 인하여 기뻐하여 이르기를 네가 넘어뜨리웠은즉 올라와서 우리를 작벌할 자 없다 하는도다
9아래의 음부가 너로 인하여 소동하여 너의 옴을 영접하되 그것이 세상에서의 모든 영웅을 너로 인하여 동하게 하며 열방의 모든 왕으로 그 보좌에서 일어서게 하므로
10그들은 다 네게 말하여 이르기를 너도 우리 같이 연약하게 되었느냐 너도 우리 같이 되었느냐 하리로다
11네 영화가 음부에 떨어졌음이여 너의 비파 소리까지로다 구더기가 네 아래 깔림이여 지렁이가 너를 덮었도다
12너 아침의 아들 계명성이여 어찌 그리 하늘에서 떨어졌으며 너 열국을 엎은 자여 어찌 그리 땅에 찍혔는고
13네가 네 마음에 이르기를 내가 하늘에 올라 하나님의 뭇별 위에 나의 보좌를 높이리라 내가 북극 집회의 산 위에 좌정하리라
14가장 높은 구름에 올라 지극히 높은 자와 비기리라 하도다
15그러나 이제 네가 음부 곧 구덩이의 맨밑에 빠치우리로다
16너를 보는 자가 주목하여 너를 자세히 살펴 보며 말하기를 이 사람이 땅을 진동시키며 열국을 경동시키며
17세계를 황무케 하며 성읍을 파괴하며 사로잡힌 자를 그 집으로 놓아 보내지 않던 자가 아니뇨 하리로다
18열방의 왕들은 모두 각각 자기 집에서 영광 중에 자건마는
19오직 너는 자기 무덤에서 내어쫓겼으니 가증한 나무가지 같고 칼에 찔려 돌구덩이에 빠진 주검에 둘려싸였으니 밟힌 시체와 같도다
20네가 자기 땅을 망케 하였고 자기 백성을 죽였으므로 그들과 일반으로 안장함을 얻지 못하나니 악을 행하는 자의 후손은 영영히 이름이 나지 못하리로다 할찌니라
21너희는 그들의 열조의 죄악을 인하여 그 자손 도륙하기를 예비하여 그들로 일어나 땅을 취하여 세상에 성읍을 충만케 하지 못하게 하라
22만군의 여호와께서 말씀하시되 내가 일어나 그들을 쳐서 그 이름과 남은 자와 아들과 후손을 바벨론에서 끊으리라 나 여호와의 말이니라
23내가 또 그것으로 고슴도치의 굴혈과 물웅덩이가 되게 하고 또 멸망의 비로 소제하리라 나 만군의 여호와의 말이니라
24만군의 여호와께서 맹세하여 가라사대 나의 생각한 것이 반드시 되며 나의 경영한 것이 반드시 이루리라
25내가 앗수르 사람을 나의 땅에서 파하며 나의 산에서 발아래 밟으리니 그 때에 그의 멍에가 이스라엘에게서 떠나고 그의 짐이 그들의 어깨에서 벗어질 것이라
26이것이 온 세계를 향하여 정한 경영이며 이것이 열방을 향하여 편 손이라 하셨나니
27만군의 여호와께서 경영하셨은즉 누가 능히 그것을 폐하며 그 손을 펴셨은즉 누가 능히 그것을 돌이키랴
28아하스왕의 죽던 해에 받은 경고라
29블레셋 온 땅이여 너를 치던 막대기가 부러졌다고 기뻐하지 말라 뱀의 뿌리에서는 독사가 나겠고 그 열매는 나는 불뱀이 되리라
30가난한 자의 장자는 먹겠고 빈핍한 자는 평안히 누우려니와 내가 너의 뿌리를 기근으로 죽일 것이요 너의 남은 자는 살륙을 당하리라
31성문이여 슬피 울찌어다 성읍이여 부르짖을찌어다 너 블레셋이여 다 소멸되게 되었도다 대저 연기가 북방에서 오는데 그 항오를 떨어져 행하는 자 없느니라
32그 나라 사신들에게 어떻게 대답하겠느냐 여호와께서 시온을 세우셨으니 그의 백성의 곤고한 자들이 그 안에서 피난하리라 할 것이니라
Isaiah14
1The LORD will have compassion on Jacob; once again he will choose Israel and will settle them in their own land. Aliens will join them and unite with the house of Jacob.
2Nations will take them and bring them to their own place. And the house of Israel will possess the nations as menservants and maidservants in the LORD's land. They will make captives of their captors and rule over their oppressors.
3On the day the LORD gives you relief from suffering and turmoil and cruel bondage,
4you will take up this taunt against the king of Babylon: How the oppressor has come to an end! How his fury has ended!
5The LORD has broken the rod of the wicked, the scepter of the rulers,
6which in anger struck down peoples with unceasing blows, and in fury subdued nations with relentless aggression.
7All the lands are at rest and at peace; they break into singing.
8Even the pine trees and the cedars of Lebanon exult over you and say, 'Now that you have been laid low, no woodsman comes to cut us down.'
9The grave below is all astir to meet you at your coming; it rouses the spirits of the departed to greet you-all those who were leaders in the world; it makes them rise from their thrones-all those who were kings over the nations.
10They will all respond, they will say to you, 'You also have become weak, as we are; you have become like us.'
11All your pomp has been brought down to the grave, along with the noise of your harps; maggots are spread out beneath you and worms cover you.
12How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!
13You said in your heart, 'I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain.
14I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.'
15But you are brought down to the grave, to the depths of the pit.
16Those who see you stare at you, they ponder your fate: 'Is this the man who shook the earth and made kingdoms tremble,
17the man who made the world a desert, who overthrew its cities and would not let his captives go home?'
18All the kings of the nations lie in state, each in his own tomb.
19But you are cast out of your tomb like a rejected branch; you are covered with the slain, with those pierced by the sword, those who descend to the stones of the pit. Like a corpse trampled underfoot,
20you will not join them in burial, for you have destroyed your land and killed your people. The offspring of the wicked will never be mentioned again.
21Prepare a place to slaughter his sons for the sins of their forefathers; they are not to rise to inherit the land and cover the earth with their cities.
22'I will rise up against them,' declares the LORD Almighty. 'I will cut off from Babylon her name and survivors, her offspring and descendants,' declares the LORD.
23'I will turn her into a place for owls and into swampland; I will sweep her with the broom of destruction,' declares the LORD Almighty.
24The LORD Almighty has sworn, 'Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will stand.
25I will crush the Assyrian in my land; on my mountains I will trample him down. His yoke will be taken from my people, and his burden removed from their shoulders.'
26This is the plan determined for the whole world; this is the hand stretched out over all nations.
27For the LORD Almighty has purposed, and who can thwart him? His hand is stretched out, and who can turn it back?
28This oracle came in the year King Ahaz died:
29Do not rejoice, all you Philistines, that the rod that struck you is broken; from the root of that snake will spring up a viper, its fruit will be a darting, venomous serpent.
30The poorest of the poor will find pasture, and the needy will lie down in safety. But your root I will destroy by famine; it will slay your survivors.
31Wail, O gate! Howl, O city! Melt away, all you Philistines! A cloud of smoke comes from the north, and there is not a straggler in its ranks.
32What answer shall be given to the envoys of that nation? 'The LORD has established Zion, and in her his afflicted people will find refuge.'

1그 날에 네가 말하기를 여호와여 주께서 전에는 내게 노하셨사오나 이제는 그 노가 쉬었고 또 나를 안위하시오니 내가 주께 감사하겠나이다 할 것이니라
2보라 하나님은 나의 구원이시라 내가 의뢰하고 두려움이 없으리니 주 여호와는 나의 힘이시며 나의 노래시며 나의 구원이심이라
3그러므로 너희가 기쁨으로 구원의 우물들에서 물을 길으리로다
4그 날에 너희가 또 말하기를 여호와께 감사하라 그 이름을 부르며 그 행하심을 만국 중에 선포하며 그 이름이 높다 하라

6시온의 거민아 소리를 높여 부르라 이스라엘의 거룩하신 자가 너희 중에서 크심이니라 할 것이니라
Isaiah12
1In that day you will say: 'I will praise you, O LORD. Although you were angry with me, your anger has turned away and you have comforted me.
2Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD, is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation.'
3With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.
4In that day you will say: 'Give thanks to the LORD, call on his name; make known among the nations what he has done, and proclaim that his name is exalted.
5Sing to the LORD, for he has done glorious things; let this be known to all the world.
6Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel among you.'

1아모스의 아들 이사야가 바벨론에 대하여 받은 경고라
2너희는 자산 위에 기호를 세우고 소리를 높여 그들을 부르며 손을 흔들어 그들로 존귀한 자의 문에 들어가게 하라
3내가 나의 거룩히 구별한 자에게 명하고 나의 위엄을 기뻐하는 용사들을 불러 나의 노를 풀게 하였느니라
4산에서 무리의 소리가 남이여 많은 백성의 소리 같으니 곧 열국 민족이 함께 모여 떠드는 소리라 만군의 여호와께서 싸움을 위하여 군대를 검열하심이로다
5무리가 먼 나라에서, 하늘 가에서 왔음이여 곧 여호와와 그 진노의 병기라 온 땅을 멸하려 함이로다
6너희는 애곡할찌어다 여호와의 날이 가까왔으니 전능자에게서 멸망이 임할 것임이로다
7그러므로 모든 손이 피곤하며 각사람의 마음이 녹을 것이라
8그들이 놀라며 괴로움과 슬픔에 잡혀서 임산한 여자 같이 고통하며 서로 보고 놀라며 얼굴은 불꽃 같으리로다
9여호와의 날 곧 잔혹히 분냄과 맹렬히 노하는 날이 임하여 땅을 황무케 하며 그 중에서 죄인을 멸하리니
10하늘의 별들과 별 떨기가 그 빛을 내지 아니하며 해가 돋아도 어두우며 달이 그 빛을 비취지 아니할 것이로다
11내가 세상의 악과 악인의 죄를 벌하며 교만한 자의 오만을 끊으며 강포한 자의 거만을 낮출 것이며
12내가 사람을 정금보다 희소케 하며 오빌의 순금보다 희귀케 하리로다
13나 만군의 여호와가 분하여 맹렬히 노하는 날에 하늘을 진동시키며 땅을 흔들어 그 자리에서 떠나게 하리니
14그들이 쫓긴 노루나 모으는 자 없는 양 같이 각기 동족에게로 돌아가며 본향으로 도망할 것이나
15만나는 자는 창에 찔리겠고 잡히는 자는 칼에 엎드러지겠고
16그들의 어린 아이들은 그 목전에 메어침을 입겠고 그 집은 노략을 당하겠고 그 아내는 욕을 당하리라
17보라 은을 돌아보지 아니하며 금을 기뻐하지 아니하는 메대 사람을 내가 격동시켜 그들을 치게 하리니
18메대 사람이 활로 청년을 쏘아 죽이며 태의 열매를 긍휼히 여기지 아니하며 아이를 가석히 보지 아니하리라
19열국의 영광이요 갈대아 사람의 자랑하는 노리개가 된 바벨론이 하나님께 멸망 당한 소돔과 고모라 같이 되리니
20그 곳에 처할 자가 없겠고 거할 사람이 대대에 없을 것이며 아라비아 사람도 거기 장막을 치지 아니하며 목자들도 그곳에 그 양떼를 쉬게 하지 아니할 것이요
21오직 들짐승들이 거기 엎드리고 부르짖는 짐승이 그 가옥에 충만하며 타조가 거기 깃들이며 들 양이 거기서 뛸 것이요
22그 궁성에는 시랑이 부르짖을 것이요 화려한 전에는 들 개가 울 것이라 그의 때가 가까우며 그의 날이 오래지 아니하리라
Isaiah13
1An oracle concerning Babylon that Isaiah son of Amoz saw:
2Raise a banner on a bare hilltop, shout to them; beckon to them to enter the gates of the nobles.
3I have commanded my holy ones; I have summoned my warriors to carry out my wrath-those who rejoice in my triumph.
4Listen, a noise on the mountains, like that of a great multitude! Listen, an uproar among the kingdoms, like nations massing together! The LORD Almighty is mustering an army for war.
5They come from faraway lands, from the ends of the heavens-the LORD and the weapons of his wrath-to destroy the whole country.
6Wail, for the day of the LORD is near; it will come like destruction from the Almighty.
7Because of this, all hands will go limp, every man's heart will melt.
8Terror will seize them, pain and anguish will grip them; they will writhe like a woman in labor. They will look aghast at each other, their faces aflame.
9See, the day of the LORD is coming -a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger-to make the land desolate and destroy the sinners within it.
10The stars of heaven and their constellations will not show their light. The rising sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light.
11I will punish the world for its evil, the wicked for their sins. I will put an end to the arrogance of the haughty and will humble the pride of the ruthless.
12I will make man scarcer than pure gold, more rare than the gold of Ophir.
13Therefore I will make the heavens tremble; and the earth will shake from its place at the wrath of the LORD Almighty, in the day of his burning anger.
14Like a hunted gazelle, like sheep without a shepherd, each will return to his own people, each will flee to his native land.
15Whoever is captured will be thrust through; all who are caught will fall by the sword.
16Their infants will be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses will be looted and their wives ravished.
17See, I will stir up against them the Medes, who do not care for silver and have no delight in gold.
18Their bows will strike down the young men; they will have no mercy on infants nor will they look with compassion on children.
19Babylon, the jewel of kingdoms, the glory of the Babylonians' pride, will be overthrown by God like Sodom and Gomorrah.
20She will never be inhabited or lived in through all generations; no Arab will pitch his tent there, no shepherd will rest his flocks there.
21But desert creatures will lie there, jackals will fill her houses; there the owls will dwell, and there the wild goats will leap about.
22Hyenas will howl in her strongholds, jackals in her luxurious palaces. Her time is at hand, and her days will not be prolonged.

에스겔26장
1제 십 일년 어느 달 초 일일에 여호와의 말씀이 내게 임하여 가라사대
2인자야 두로가 예루살렘을 쳐서 이르기를 아하 좋다 만민의 문이 깨어져서 내게로 돌아왔도다 그가 황무하였으니 내가 충만함을 얻으리라 하였도다
3그러므로 나 주 여호와가 말하노라 두로야 내가 너를 대적하여 바다가 그 파도로 흉용케 함 같이 열국으로 와서 너를 치게 하리니
4그들이 두로의 성벽을 훼파하며 그 망대를 헐 것이요 나도 티끌을 그 위에서 쓸어 버려서 말간 반석이 되게 하며
5바다 가운데 그물 치는 곳이 되게 하리니 내가 말하였음이니라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라 그가 이방의 노략거리가 될 것이요
6들에 있는 그의 딸들은 칼에 죽으리니 그들이 나를 여호와인줄 알리라
7나 주 여호와가 말하노라 내가 열왕의 왕 곧 바벨론 왕 느부갓네살로 북방에서 말과 병거와 기병과 군대와 백성의 큰 무리를 거느리고 와서 두로를 치게 할 때에
8그가 들에 있는 너의 딸들을 칼로 죽이고 너를 치려고 운제를 세우며 토성을 쌓으며 방패를 갖출 것이며
9공성퇴를 베풀어 네 성을 치며 도끼로 망대를 찍을 것이며
10말이 많으므로 그 티끌이 너를 가리울 것이며 사람이 훼파된 성 구멍으로 들어가는 것 같이 그가 네 성문으로 들어갈 때에 그 기병과 수레와 병거의 소리로 인하여 네 성곽이 진동할 것이며
11그가 그 말굽으로 네 모든 거리를 밟을 것이며 칼로 네 백성을 죽일 것이며 네 견고한 석상을 땅에 엎드러뜨릴 것이며
12네 재물을 빼앗을 것이며 네 무역한 것을 노략할 것이며 네 성을 헐 것이며 네 기뻐하는 집을 무너뜨릴 것이며 또 네 돌들과 네 재목과 네 흙을 다 물 가운데 던질 것이라
13내가 네 노래 소리로 그치게 하며 네 수금 소리로 다시 들리지 않게 하고
14너로 말간 반석이 되게 한즉 네가 그물 말리는 곳이 되고 다시는 건축되지 못하리니 나 여호와가 말하였음이니라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라
15주 여호와께서 두로를 대하여 말씀하시되 너의 엎드러지는 소리에 모든 섬이 진동하지 아니하겠느냐 곧 너희 중에 상한 자가 부르짖으며 살륙을 당할 때에라
16그 때에 바다의 모든 왕이 그 보좌에서 내려 조복을 벗으며 수 놓은 옷을 버리고 떨림을 입듯하고 땅에 앉아서 너로 인하여 무시로 떨며 놀랄 것이며
17그들이 너를 위하여 애가를 불러 이르기를 항해자의 거한 유명한 성이여 너와 너의 거민이 바다 가운데 있어 견고하였었도다 해변의 모든 거민을 두렵게 하였더니 어찌 그리 멸망하였는고
18너의 무너지는 그 날에 섬들이 진동할 것임이여 바다 가운데 섬들이 네 결국을 보고 놀라리로다 하리라
19나 주 여호와가 말하노라 내가 너로 거민이 없는 성과 같이 황무한 성이 되게 하고 깊은 바다로 네 위에 오르게 하며 큰 물로 너를 덮게 할 때에
20내가 너로 구덩이에 내려가는 자와 함께 내려가서 옛적 사람에게로 나아가게 하고 너로 그 구덩이에 내려간 자와 함께 땅 깊은 곳 예로부터 황적한 곳에 거하게 할찌라 네가 다시는 사람이 거하는 곳이 되지 못하리니 산 자의 땅에서 영광을 얻지 못하리라
21내가 너를 패망케 하여 다시 있지 못하게 하리니 사람이 비록 너를 찾으나 다시는 영원히 만나지 못하리라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라
Ezekiel 26
1In the eleventh year, on the first day of the month, the word of the LORD came to me:
2"Son of man, because Tyre has said of Jerusalem, 'Aha! The gate to the nations is broken, and its doors have swung open to me; now that she lies in ruins I will prosper,'
3therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am against you, O Tyre, and I will bring many nations against you, like the sea casting up its waves.
4They will destroy the walls of Tyre and pull down her towers; I will scrape away her rubble and make her a bare rock.
5Out in the sea she will become a place to spread fishnets, for I have spoken, declares the Sovereign LORD. She will become plunder for the nations,
6and her settlements on the mainland will be ravaged by the sword. Then they will know that I am the LORD.
7'For this is what the Sovereign LORD says: From the north I am going to bring against Tyre Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, king of kings, with horses and chariots, with horsemen and a great army.
8He will ravage your settlements on the mainland with the sword; he will set up siege works against you, build a ramp up to your walls and raise his shields against you.
9He will direct the blows of his battering rams against your walls and demolish your towers with his weapons.
10His horses will be so many that they will cover you with dust. Your walls will tremble at the noise of the war horses, wagons and chariots when he enters your gates as men enter a city whose walls have been broken through.
11The hoofs of his horses will trample all your streets; he will kill your people with the sword, and your strong pillars will fall to the ground.
12They will plunder your wealth and loot your merchandise; they will break down your walls and demolish your fine houses and throw your stones, timber and rubble into the sea.
13I will put an end to your noisy songs, and the music of your harps will be heard no more.
14I will make you a bare rock, and you will become a place to spread fishnets. You will never be rebuilt, for I the LORD have spoken, declares the Sovereign LORD.
15'This is what the Sovereign LORD says to Tyre: Will not the coastlands tremble at the sound of your fall, when the wounded groan and the slaughter takes place in you?
16Then all the princes of the coast will step down from their thrones and lay aside their robes and take off their embroidered garments. Clothed with terror, they will sit on the ground, trembling every moment, appalled at you.
17Then they will take up a lament concerning you and say to you: " 'How you are destroyed, O city of renown, peopled by men of the sea! You were a power on the seas, you and your citizens; you put your terror on all who lived there.
18Now the coastlands tremble on the day of your fall; the islands in the sea are terrified at your collapse.'
19'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: When I make you a desolate city, like cities no longer inhabited, and when I bring the ocean depths over you and its vast waters cover you,
20then I will bring you down with those who go down to the pit, to the people of long ago. I will make you dwell in the earth below, as in ancient ruins, with those who go down to the pit, and you will not return or take your place in the land of the living.
21I will bring you to a horrible end and you will be no more. You will be sought, but you will never again be found, declares the Sovereign LORD.'

이사야11장
1이새의 줄기에서 한 싹이 나며 그 뿌리에서 한 가지가 나서 결실할 것이요
2여호와의 신 곧 지혜와 총명의 신이요 모략과 재능의 신이요 지식과 여호와를 경외하는 신이 그 위에 강림하시리니
3그가 여호와를 경외함으로 즐거움을 삼을 것이며 그 눈에 보이는대로 심판치 아니하며 귀에 들리는대로 판단치 아니하며
4공의로 빈핍한 자를 심판하며 정직으로 세상의 겸손한 자를 판단할 것이며 그 입의 막대기로 세상을 치며 입술의 기운으로 악인을 죽일 것이며
5공의로 그 허리띠를 삼으며 성실로 몸의 띠를 삼으리라
6그 때에 이리가 어린 양과 함께 거하며 표범이 어린 염소와 함께 누우며 송아지와 어린 사자와 살찐 짐승이 함께 있어 어린 아이에게 끌리며
7암소와 곰이 함께 먹으며 그것들의 새끼가 함께 엎드리며 사자가 소처럼 풀을 먹을 것이며
8젖먹는 아이가 독사의 구멍에서 장난하며 젖뗀 어린 아이가 독사의 굴에 손을 넣을 것이라
9나의 거룩한 산 모든 곳에서 해됨도 없고 상함도 없을 것이니 이는 물이 바다를 덮음 같이 여호와를 아는 지식이 세상에 충만할 것임이니라
10그 날에 이새의 뿌리에서 한 싹이 나서 만민의 기호로 설 것이요 열방이 그에게로 돌아오리니 그 거한 곳이 영화로우리라
11그 날에 주께서 다시 손을 펴사 그 남은 백성을 앗수르와 애굽과 바드로스와 구스와 엘람과 시날과 하맛과 바다 섬들에서 돌아오게 하실 것이라
12여호와께서 열방을 향하여 기호를 세우시고 이스라엘의 쫓긴 자를 모으시며 땅 사방에서 유다의 이산한 자를 모으시리니
13에브라임의 투기는 없어지고 유다를 괴롭게 하던 자는 끊어지며 에브라임은 유다를 투기하지 아니하며 유다는 에브라임을 괴롭게 하지 아니할 것이요
14그들이 서으로 블레셋 사람의 어깨에 날아앉고 함께 동방 백성을 노략하며 에돔과 모압에 손을 대며 암몬 자손을 자기에게 복종시키리라
15여호와께서 애굽 해고를 말리우시고 손을 유브라데 하수 위에 흔들어 뜨거운 바람을 일으켜서 그 하수를 쳐서 일곱 갈래로 나눠 신 신고 건너가게 하실 것이라
16그의 남아 있는 백성을 위하여 앗수르에서부터 돌아오는 대로가 있게 하시되 이스라엘이 애굽 땅에서 나오던 날과 같게 하시리라
Isaiah11
1A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.
2The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him-the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of power, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD -
3and he will delight in the fear of the LORD. He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by what he hears with his ears;
4but with righteousness he will judge the needy, with justice he will give decisions for the poor of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked.
5Righteousness will be his belt and faithfulness the sash around his waist.
6The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together; and a little child will lead them.
7The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox.
8The infant will play near the hole of the cobra, and the young child put his hand into the viper's nest.
9They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.
10In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples; the nations will rally to him, and his place of rest will be glorious.
11In that day the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt, from Cush, from Elam, from Babylonia, from Hamath and from the islands of the sea.
12He will raise a banner for the nations and gather the exiles of Israel; he will assemble the scattered people of Judah from the four quarters of the earth.
13Ephraim's jealousy will vanish, and Judah's enemies will be cut off; Ephraim will not be jealous of Judah, nor Judah hostile toward Ephraim.
14They will swoop down on the slopes of Philistia to the west; together they will plunder the people to the east. They will lay hands on Edom and Moab, and the Ammonites will be subject to them.
15The LORD will dry up the gulf of the Egyptian sea; with a scorching wind he will sweep his hand over the Euphrates River. He will break it up into seven streams so that men can cross over in sandals.
16There will be a highway for the remnant of his people that is left from Assyria, as there was for Israel when they came up from Egypt.

이사야10장
1불의한 법령을 발포하며 불의한 말을 기록하며
2빈핍한 자를 불공평하게 판결하여 내 백성의 가련한 자의 권리를 박탈하며 과부에게 토색하고 고아의 것을 약탈하는 자는 화 있을진저
3너희에게 벌하시는 날에와 멀리서 오는 환난 때에 너희가 어떻게 하려느냐 누구에게로 도망하여 도움을 구하겠으며 너희 영화를 어느 곳에 두려느냐
4포로 된 자의 아래에 구푸리며 죽임을 당한 자의 아래에 엎드러질 따름이니라 그럴지라도 여호와의 노가 쉬지 아니하며 그 손이 여전히 펴지리라
5화 있을진저 앗수르 사람이여 그는 나의 진노의 막대기요 그 손의 몽둥이는 나의 분한이라
6내가 그를 보내어 한 나라를 치게 하며 내가 그에게 명하여 나의 노한 백성을 쳐서 탈취하며 노략하게 하며 또 그들을 가로상의 진흙 같이 짓밟게 하려 하거늘
7그의 뜻은 이같지 아니하며 그 마음의 생각도 이같지 아니하고 오직 그 마음에 허다한 나라를 파괴하며 멸절하려 하여
8이르기를 나의 방백들은 다 왕이 아니냐
9갈로는 갈그미스와 같지 아니하며 하맛은 아르밧과 같지 아니하며 사마리아는 다메섹과 같지 아니하냐
10내 손이 이미 신상을 섬기는 나라에 미쳤나니 그 조각한 신상이 예루살렘과 사마리아의 신상보다 우승하였느니라
11내가 사마리아와 그 신상에게 행함 같이 예루살렘과 그 신상에게 행치 못하겠느냐 하도다
12이러므로 주 내가 나의 일을 시온산과 예루살렘에 다 행한 후에 앗수르 왕의 완악한 마음의 열매와 높은 눈의 자랑을 벌하리라
13그의 말에 나는 내 손의 힘과 내 지혜로 이 일을 행하였나니 나는 총명한 자라 열국의 경계를 옮겼고 그 재물을 약탈하였으며 또 용감한자 같이 위에 거한 자를 낮추었으며
14나의 손으로 열국의 재물을 얻은 것은 새의 보금자리를 얻음 같고 온 세계를 얻은 것은 내어버린 알을 주움 같았으나 날개를 치거나 입을 벌리거나 지저귀는 것이 하나도 없었다 하는도다
15도끼가 어찌 찍는 자에게 스스로 자랑하겠으며 톱이 어찌 켜는 자에게 스스로 큰체 하겠느냐 이는 막대기가 자기를 드는 자를 움직이려 하며 몽둥이가 나무 아닌 사람을 들려 함과 일반이로다
16그러므로 주 만군의 여호와께서 살찐 자로 파리하게 하시며 그 영화의 아래에 불이 붙는 것 같이 맹렬히 타게 하실 것이라
17이스라엘의 빛은 불이요 그 거룩한 자는 불꽃이라 하루 사이에 그의 형극과 질려가 소멸되며
18그 삼림과 기름진 밭의 영광이 전부 소멸되리니 병인이 점점 쇠약하여 감 같을 것이라
19그 삼림에 남은 나무의 수가 희소하여 아이라도 능히 계산할 수 있으리라
20그 날에 이스라엘의 남은 자와 야곱 족속의 피난한 자들이 다시는 자기를 친 자를 의뢰치 아니하고 이스라엘의 거룩하신 자 여호와를 진실히 의뢰하리니
21남은 자 곧 야곱의 남은 자가 능하신 하나님께로 돌아올것이라
22이스라엘이여 네 백성이 바다의 모래 같을찌라도 남은 자만 돌아오리니 넘치는 공의로 훼멸이 작정되었음이라
23이미 작정되었은즉 주 만군의 여호와께서 온 세계 중에 끝까지 행하시리라
24주 만군의 여호와께서 가라사대 시온에 거한 나의 백성들아 앗수르 사람이 애굽을 본받아 막대기로 너를 때리며 몽둥이를 들어 너를 칠찌라도 그를 두려워 말라
25내가 불구에 네게는 분을 그치고 노를 옮겨 그들을 멸하리라 하시도다
26만군의 여호와께서 채찍을 들어 그를 치시되 오렙 반석에서 미디안 사람을 쳐 죽이신 것 같이 하실 것이며 막대기를 드시되 바다를 향하여 애굽에 드신 것 같이 하실 것이라
27그 날에 그의 무거운 짐이 네 어깨에서 떠나고 그의 멍에가 네 목에서 벗어지되 기름진 까닭에 멍에가 부러지리라
28앗수르 왕이 아얏에 이르러 미그론을 지나 믹마스에 치중을 머무르고
29영을 넘어 게바에서 유숙하매 라마는 떨고 사울의 기브아 사람은 도망하도다
30딸 갈림아 큰 소리로 외칠찌어다 라이사야 자세히 들을찌어다 가련하다 너 아나돗이여
31맛메나 사람은 피난하며 게빔 거민은 도망하도다
32이 날에 그가 놉에서 쉬고 딸 시온 산 곧 예루살렘 산을 향하여 그 손을 흔들리로다
33주 만군의 여호와께서 혁혁한 위력으로 그 가지를 꺾으시리니 그 장대한 자가 찍힐 것이요 높은 자가 낮아질 것이며
34철로 그 빽빽한 삼림을 베시리니 레바논이 권능 있는 자에게 작벌을 당하리라
Isaiah10
1Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees,
2to deprive the poor of their rights and withhold justice from the oppressed of my people, making widows their prey and robbing the fatherless.
3What will you do on the day of reckoning, when disaster comes from afar? To whom will you run for help? Where will you leave your riches?
4Nothing will remain but to cringe among the captives or fall among the slain. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised.
5'Woe to the Assyrian, the rod of my anger, in whose hand is the club of my wrath!
6I send him against a godless nation, I dispatch him against a people who anger me, to seize loot and snatch plunder, and to trample them down like mud in the streets.
7But this is not what he intends, this is not what he has in mind; his purpose is to destroy, to put an end to many nations.
8'Are not my commanders all kings?' he says.
9'Has not Calno fared like Carchemish? Is not Hamath like Arpad, and Samaria like Damascus?
10As my hand seized the kingdoms of the idols, kingdoms whose images excelled those of Jerusalem and Samaria-
11shall I not deal with Jerusalem and her images as I dealt with Samaria and her idols?' "
12When the Lord has finished all his work against Mount Zion and Jerusalem, he will say, 'I will punish the king of Assyria for the willful pride of his heart and the haughty look in his eyes.
13For he says: " 'By the strength of my hand I have done this, and by my wisdom, because I have understanding. I removed the boundaries of nations, I plundered their treasures; like a mighty one I subdued their kings.
14As one reaches into a nest, so my hand reached for the wealth of the nations; as men gather abandoned eggs, so I gathered all the countries; not one flapped a wing, or opened its mouth to chirp.' "
15Does the ax raise itself above him who swings it, or the saw boast against him who uses it? As if a rod were to wield him who lifts it up, or a club brandish him who is not wood!
16Therefore, the Lord, the LORD Almighty, will send a wasting disease upon his sturdy warriors; under his pomp a fire will be kindled like a blazing flame.
17The Light of Israel will become a fire, their Holy One a flame; in a single day it will burn and consume his thorns and his briers.
18The splendor of his forests and fertile fields it will completely destroy, as when a sick man wastes away.
19And the remaining trees of his forests will be so few that a child could write them down.
20In that day the remnant of Israel, the survivors of the house of Jacob, will no longer rely on him who struck them down but will truly rely on the LORD, the Holy One of Israel.
21A remnant will return, a remnant of Jacob will return to the Mighty God.
22Though your people, O Israel, be like the sand by the sea, only a remnant will return. Destruction has been decreed, overwhelming and righteous.
23The Lord, the LORD Almighty, will carry out the destruction decreed upon the whole land.
24Therefore, this is what the Lord, the LORD Almighty, says: 'O my people who live in Zion, do not be afraid of the Assyrians, who beat you with a rod and lift up a club against you, as Egypt did.
25Very soon my anger against you will end and my wrath will be directed to their destruction.'
26The LORD Almighty will lash them with a whip, as when he struck down Midian at the rock of Oreb; and he will raise his staff over the waters, as he did in Egypt.
27In that day their burden will be lifted from your shoulders, their yoke from your neck; the yoke will be broken because you have grown so fat.
28They enter Aiath; they pass through Migron; they store supplies at Micmash.
29They go over the pass, and say, 'We will camp overnight at Geba.' Ramah trembles; Gibeah of Saul flees.
30Cry out, O Daughter of Gallim! Listen, O Laishah! Poor Anathoth!
31Madmenah is in flight; the people of Gebim take cover.
32This day they will halt at Nob; they will shake their fist at the mount of the Daughter of Zion, at the hill of Jerusalem.
33See, the Lord, the LORD Almighty, will lop off the boughs with great power. The lofty trees will be felled, the tall ones will be brought low.
34He will cut down the forest thickets with an ax; Lebanon will fall before the Mighty One.

이사야9장
1전에 고통하던 자에게는 흑암이 없으리로다 옛적에는 여호와께서 스불론 땅과 납달리 땅으로 멸시를 당케 하셨더니 후에는 해변 길과 요단 저편 이방의 갈릴리를 영화롭게 하셨느니라
2흑암에 행하던 백성이 큰 빛을 보고 사망의 그늘진 땅에 거하던 자에게 빛이 비취도다
3주께서 이 나라를 창성케 하시며 그 즐거움을 더하게 하셨으므로 추수하는 즐거움과 탈취물을 나누는 때의 즐거움 같이 그들이 주의 앞에서 즐거워하오니
4이는 그들의 무겁게 멘 멍에와 그 어깨의 채찍과 그 압제자의 막대기를 꺾으시되 미디안의 날과 같이 하셨음이니이다
5어지러이 싸우는 군인의 갑옷과 피묻은 복장이 불에 섶 같이 살라지리니
6이는 한 아기가 우리에게 났고 한 아들을 우리에게 주신바 되었는데 그 어깨에는 정사를 메었고 그 이름은 기묘자라, 모사라, 전능하신 하나님이라, 영존하시는 아버지라, 평강의 왕이라 할것임이라
7그 정사와 평강의 더함이 무궁하며 또 다윗의 위에 앉아서 그 나라를 굳게 세우고 자금 이후 영원토록 공평과 정의로 그것을 보존하실 것이라 만군의 여호와의 열심이 이를 이루시리라
8주께서 야곱에게 말씀을 보내시며 그것을 이스라엘에게 임하게 하셨은즉
9모든 백성 곧 에브라임과 사마리아 거민이 알것이어늘 그들이 교만하고 완악한 마음으로 말하기를
10벽돌이 무너졌으나 우리는 다듬은 돌로 쌓고 뽕나무들이 찍혔으나 우리는 백향목으로 그것을 대신하리라 하도다
11그러므로 여호와께서 르신의 대적을 일으켜 그를 치게 하시며 그 원수들을 격동시키시리니
12앞에는 아람 사람이요 뒤에는 블레셋 사람이라 그들이 그 입을 벌려 이스라엘을 삼키리라 그럴찌라도 여호와의 노가 쉬지 아니하며 그 손이 여전히 펴지리라
13이 백성이 오히려 자기들을 치시는 자에게로 돌아오지 아니하며 만군의 여호와를 찾지 아니하도다
14이러므로 여호와께서 하루 사이에 이스라엘 중에서 머리와 꼬리며 종려가지와 갈대를 끊으시리니
15머리는 곧 장로와 존귀한 자요 꼬리는 곧 거짓말을 가르치는 선지자라
16백성을 인도하는 자가 그들로 미혹케 하니 인도를 받는 자가 멸망을 당하는도다
17이 백성이 각기 설만하며 악을 행하며 입으로 망령되이 말하니 그러므로 주께서 그 장정을 기뻐 아니하시며 그 고아와 과부를 긍휼히 여기지 아니하시리라 그럴지라도 여호와의 노가 쉬지 아니하며 그 손이 여전히 펴지리라
18대저 악행은 불 태우는것 같으니 곧 질려와 형극을 삼키며 빽빽한 수풀을 살라서 연기로 위로 올라가게 함과 같은 것이라
19만군의 여호와의 진노로 인하여 이 땅이 소화되리니 백성은 불에 타는 섶나무와 같을 것이라 사람이 그 형제를 아끼지 아니하며
20우편으로 움킬지라도 주리고 좌편으로 먹을지라도 배부르지 못하여 각각 자기 팔의 고기를 먹을 것이며
21므낫세는 에브라임을, 에브라임은 므낫세를 먹을 것이요 또 그들이 합하여 유다를 치리라 그럴지라도 여호와의 노가 쉬지 아니하며 그 손이 여전히 펴지리라
Isaiah09
1Nevertheless, there will be no more gloom for those who were in distress. In the past he humbled the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, but in the future he will honor Galilee of the Gentiles, by the way of the sea, along the Jordan-
2The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned.
3You have enlarged the nation and increased their joy; they rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest, as men rejoice when dividing the plunder.
4For as in the day of Midian's defeat, you have shattered the yoke that burdens them, the bar across their shoulders, the rod of their oppressor.
5Every warrior's boot used in battle and every garment rolled in blood will be destined for burning, will be fuel for the fire.
6For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
7Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this.
8The Lord has sent a message against Jacob; it will fall on Israel.
9All the people will know it-Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria-who say with pride and arrogance of heart,
10'The bricks have fallen down, but we will rebuild with dressed stone; the fig trees have been felled, but we will replace them with cedars.'
11But the LORD has strengthened Rezin's foes against them and has spurred their enemies on.
12Arameans from the east and Philistines from the west have devoured Israel with open mouth. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised.
13But the people have not returned to him who struck them, nor have they sought the LORD Almighty.
14So the LORD will cut off from Israel both head and tail, both palm branch and reed in a single day;
15the elders and prominent men are the head, the prophets who teach lies are the tail.
16Those who guide this people mislead them, and those who are guided are led astray.
17Therefore the Lord will take no pleasure in the young men, nor will he pity the fatherless and widows, for everyone is ungodly and wicked, every mouth speaks vileness. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised.
18Surely wickedness burns like a fire; it consumes briers and thorns, it sets the forest thickets ablaze, so that it rolls upward in a column of smoke.
19By the wrath of the LORD Almighty the land will be scorched and the people will be fuel for the fire; no one will spare his brother.
20On the right they will devour, but still be hungry; on the left they will eat, but not be satisfied. Each will feed on the flesh of his own offspring:
21Manasseh will feed on Ephraim, and Ephraim on Manasseh; together they will turn against Judah. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised.

에스겔25장
1여호와의 말씀이 또 내게 임하여 가라사대
2-3인자야 암몬 족속을 향하여 그들을 쳐서 예언하라 너는 암몬 족속에게 이르기를 너희는 주 여호와의 말씀을 들을찌어다 주 여호와의 말씀에 내 성소를 더럽힐 때에 네가 그것을 대하여, 이스라엘 땅이 황무할 때에 네가 그것을 대하여, 유다 족속이 사로잡힐 때에 네가 그들을 대하여 이르기를 아하 좋다 하였도다
4그러므로 내가 너를 동방 사람에게 기업으로 붙이리니 그들이 네 가운데 진을 치며 네 가운데 그 거처를 베풀며 네 실과를 먹으며 네 젖을 마실찌라
5내가 랍바로 약대의 우리를 만들며 암몬 족속의 땅으로 양무리의 눕는 곳을 삼은즉 너희가 나를 여호와인줄 알리라
6나 주 여호와가 말하노라 네가 이스라엘 땅을 대하여 손뼉을 치며 발을 구르며 마음을 다하여 멸시하며 즐거워하였나니
7그런즉 내가 손을 네 위에 펴서 너를 다른 민족에게 붙여 노략을 당하게 하며 너를 만민 중에 끊어 버리며 너를 열국 중에서 패망케 하여 멸하리니 네가 나를 여호와인줄 알리라 하셨다 하라
8나 주 여호와가 말하노라 모압과 세일이 이르기를 유다 족속은 모든 이방과 일반이라 하도다
9그러므로 내가 모압의 한편 곧 그 나라 변경에 있는 영화로운 성읍들 벧여시못과 바알므온과 기랴다임을 열고
10암몬 족속 일반으로 동방 사람에게 붙여 기업을 삼게 할것이라 암몬 족속으로 다시는 이방 가운데서 기억되지 아니하게 하려니와
11내가 모압에 벌을 내리리니 그들이 나를 여호와인줄 알리라
12나 주 여호와가 말하노라 에돔이 유다 족속을 쳐서 원수를 갚았고 원수를 갚음으로 심히 범죄하였도다
13그러므로 나 주 여호와가 말하노라 내가 내 손을 에돔 위에 펴서 사람과 짐승을 그 가운데서 끊어 데만에서부터 황무하게 하리니 드단까지 칼에 엎드러지리라
14내가 내 백성 이스라엘의 손을 빙자하여 내 원수를 에돔에게 갚으리니 그들이 내 노와 분을 따라 에돔에 행한즉 내가 원수를 갚음인줄을 에돔이 알리라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라
15나 주 여호와가 말하노라 블레셋 사람이 옛날부터 미워하여 멸시하는 마음으로 원수를 갚아 진멸코자 하였도다
16그러므로 나 주 여호와가 말하노라 내가 블레셋 사람 위에 손을 펴서 그렛 사람을 끊으며 해변에 남은 자를 진멸하되
17분노의 책벌로 내 원수를 그들에게 크게 갚으리라 내가 그들에게 원수를 갚은즉 그들이 나를 여호와인줄 알리라 하시니라
Ezekiel 25
1The word of the LORD came to me:
2'Son of man, set your face against the Ammonites and prophesy against them.
3Say to them, 'Hear the word of the Sovereign LORD. This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Because you said "Aha!" over my sanctuary when it was desecrated and over the land of Israel when it was laid waste and over the people of Judah when they went into exile,
4therefore I am going to give you to the people of the East as a possession. They will set up their camps and pitch their tents among you; they will eat your fruit and drink your milk.
5I will turn Rabbah into a pasture for camels and Ammon into a resting place for sheep. Then you will know that I am the LORD.
6For this is what the Sovereign LORD says: Because you have clapped your hands and stamped your feet, rejoicing with all the malice of your heart against the land of Israel,
7therefore I will stretch out my hand against you and give you as plunder to the nations. I will cut you off from the nations and exterminate you from the countries. I will destroy you, and you will know that I am the LORD.' "
8"This is what the Sovereign LORD says: 'Because Moab and Seir said, "Look, the house of Judah has become like all the other nations,"
9therefore I will expose the flank of Moab, beginning at its frontier towns-Beth Jeshimoth, Baal Meon and Kiriathaim-the glory of that land.
10I will give Moab along with the Ammonites to the people of the East as a possession, so that the Ammonites will not be remembered among the nations;
11and I will inflict punishment on Moab. Then they will know that I am the LORD.' "
12"This is what the Sovereign LORD says: 'Because Edom took revenge on the house of Judah and became very guilty by doing so,
13therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will stretch out my hand against Edom and kill its men and their animals. I will lay it waste, and from Teman to Dedan they will fall by the sword.
14I will take vengeance on Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they will deal with Edom in accordance with my anger and my wrath; they will know my vengeance, declares the Sovereign LORD.' "
15"This is what the Sovereign LORD says: 'Because the Philistines acted in vengeance and took revenge with malice in their hearts, and with ancient hostility sought to destroy Judah,
16therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am about to stretch out my hand against the Philistines, and I will cut off the Kerethites and destroy those remaining along the coast.
17I will carry out great vengeance on them and punish them in my wrath. Then they will know that I am the LORD, when I take vengeance on them.' "

에스겔24장
1제 구년 시월 십일에 여호와의 말씀이 내게 임하여 가라사대
2인자야 너는 날짜 곧 오늘날을 기록하라 바벨론 왕이 오늘날 예루살렘에 핍근하였느니라
3너는 이 패역한 족속에게 비유를 베풀어 이르기를 주 여호와의 말씀에 한 가마를 걸라
4-5건 후에 물을 붓고 양떼에서 고른 것을 가지고 각을 뜨고 그 넓적다리와 어깨고기의 모든 좋은 덩이를 그 가운데 모아 넣으며 고른 뼈를 가득히 담고 그 뼈를 위하여 가마 밑에 나무를 쌓아 넣고 잘 삶되 가마 속의 뼈가 무르도록 삶을찌어다
6그러므로 나 주 여호와가 말하노라 피 흘린 성읍, 녹슨 가마 곧 그 속의 녹을 없이 하지 아니한 가마여 화 있을찐저 제비 뽑을 것도 없이 그 덩이를 일일이 꺼낼찌어다
7그 피가 그 가운데 있음이여 피를 땅에 쏟아서 티끌이 덮이게 하지 않고 말간 반석 위에 두었도다
8내가 그 피를 말간 반석 위에 두고 덮이지 않게 함은 분노를 발하여 보응하려 함이로라
9그러므로 나 주 여호와가 말하노라 화 있을찐저 피를 흘린 성읍이여 내가 또 나무 무더기를 크게 하리라
10나무를 많이 쌓고 불을 피워 그 고기를 삶아 녹이고 국물을 졸이고 그 뼈를 태우고
11가마가 빈 후에는 숯불 위에 놓아 뜨겁게 하며 그 가마의 놋을 달궈서 그 속에 더러운 것을 녹게 하며 녹이 소멸하게 하라
12이 성읍이 수고하므로 스스로 곤비하나 많은 녹이 그 속에서 벗어지지 아니하며 불에서도 없어지지 아니하는도다
13너의 더러운 중에 음란이 하나이라 내가 너를 정하게 하나 네가 정하여지지 아니하니 내가 네게 향한 분노를 풀기 전에는 네 더러움이 다시 정하여지지 아니하리라
14나 여호와가 말하였은즉 그 일이 이룰찌라 내가 돌이키지도 아니하며 아끼지도 아니하며 뉘우치지도 아니하고 행하리니 그들이 네 모든 행위대로 너를 심문하리라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라 하셨다 하라
15여호와의 말씀이 또 내게 임하여 가라사대
16인자야 내가 네 눈에 기뻐하는 것을 한번 쳐서 빼앗으리니 너는 슬퍼 하거나 울거나 눈물을 흘리거나 하지 말며
17죽은 자들을 위하여 슬퍼하지 말고 종용히 탄식하며 수건으로 머리를 동이고 발에 신을 신고 입술을 가리우지 말고 사람의 부의하는 식물을 먹지 말라 하신지라
18내가 아침에 백성에게 고하였더니 저녁에 내 아내가 죽기로 아침에 내가 받은 명령대로 행하매
19백성이 내게 이르되 네가 행하는 이 일이 우리에게 무슨 상관이 되는지 너는 우리에게 고하지 아니하겠느냐 하므로
20내가 그들에게 대답하기를 여호와의 말씀이 내게 임하여 가라사대
21너는 이스라엘 족속에게 이르기를 주 여호와의 말씀에 내 성소는 너희 세력의 영광이요 너희 눈의 기쁨이요 너희 마음에 아낌이 되거니와 내가 더럽힐 것이며 너희의 버려 둔 자녀를 칼에 엎드러지게 할찌라
22너희가 에스겔의 행한 바와 같이 행하여 입술을 가리우지 아니하며 사람의 식물을 먹지 아니하며
23수건으로 머리를 동인채, 발에 신을 신은채로 두고 슬퍼하지도 아니하며 울지도 아니하되 죄악 중에 쇠패하여 피차 바라보고 탄식하리라
24이와 같이 에스겔이 너희에게 표징이 되리니 그가 행한대로 너희가 다 행할찌라 이 일이 이루면 너희가 나를 주 여호와인줄 알리라 하라 하셨느니라
25인자야 내가 그 힘과 그 즐거워하는 영광과 그 눈의 기뻐하는 것과 그 마음의 간절히 생각하는 자녀를 제하는 날
26곧 그 날에 도피한 자가 네게 나아와서 네 귀에 그 일을 들리지 아니하겠느냐
27그 날에 네 입이 열려서 도피한 자에게 말하고 다시는 잠잠하지 아니하리라 이와 같이 너는 그들에게 표징이 되고 그들은 내가 여호와인줄 알리라
Ezekiel 24
1In the ninth year, in the tenth month on the tenth day, the word of the LORD came to me:
2'Son of man, record this date, this very date, because the king of Babylon has laid siege to Jerusalem this very day.
3Tell this rebellious house a parable and say to them: 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: " 'Put on the cooking pot; put it on and pour water into it.
4Put into it the pieces of meat, all the choice pieces-the leg and the shoulder. Fill it with the best of these bones;
5take the pick of the flock. Pile wood beneath it for the bones; bring it to a boil and cook the bones in it.
6" 'For this is what the Sovereign LORD says: " 'Woe to the city of bloodshed, to the pot now encrusted, whose deposit will not go away! Empty it piece by piece without casting lots for them.
7" 'For the blood she shed is in her midst: She poured it on the bare rock; she did not pour it on the ground, where the dust would cover it.
8To stir up wrath and take revenge I put her blood on the bare rock, so that it would not be covered.
9" 'Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: " 'Woe to the city of bloodshed! I, too, will pile the wood high.
10So heap on the wood and kindle the fire. Cook the meat well, mixing in the spices; and let the bones be charred.
11Then set the empty pot on the coals till it becomes hot and its copper glows so its impurities may be melted and its deposit burned away.
12It has frustrated all efforts; its heavy deposit has not been removed, not even by fire.
13" 'Now your impurity is lewdness. Because I tried to cleanse you but you would not be cleansed from your impurity, you will not be clean again until my wrath against you has subsided.
14" 'I the LORD have spoken. The time has come for me to act. I will not hold back; I will not have pity, nor will I relent. You will be judged according to your conduct and your actions, declares the Sovereign LORD.' "
15The word of the LORD came to me:
16'Son of man, with one blow I am about to take away from you the delight of your eyes. Yet do not lament or weep or shed any tears.
17Groan quietly; do not mourn for the dead. Keep your turban fastened and your sandals on your feet; do not cover the lower part of your face or eat the customary food of mourners .'
18So I spoke to the people in the morning, and in the evening my wife died. The next morning I did as I had been commanded.
19Then the people asked me, "Won't you tell us what these things have to do with us?"
20So I said to them, 'The word of the LORD came to me:
21Say to the house of Israel, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am about to desecrate my sanctuary-the stronghold in which you take pride, the delight of your eyes, the object of your affection. The sons and daughters you left behind will fall by the sword.
22And you will do as I have done. You will not cover the lower part of your face or eat the customary food of mourners.
23You will keep your turbans on your heads and your sandals on your feet. You will not mourn or weep but will waste away because of your sins and groan among yourselves.
24Ezekiel will be a sign to you; you will do just as he has done. When this happens, you will know that I am the Sovereign LORD.'
25"And you, son of man, on the day I take away their stronghold, their joy and glory, the delight of their eyes, their heart's desire, and their sons and daughters as well-
26on that day a fugitive will come to tell you the news.
27At that time your mouth will be opened; you will speak with him and will no longer be silent. So you will be a sign to them, and they will know that I am the LORD.'

이사야8장
1여호와께서 내게 이르시되 너는 큰 서판을 취하여 그 위에 통용 문자로 마헬살랄하스바스라 쓰라
2내가 진실한 증인 제사장 우리야와 여베레기야의 아들 스가랴를 불러 증거하게 하리라 하시더니
3내가 내 아내와 동침하매 그가 잉태하여 아들을 낳은지라 여호와께서 내게 이르시되 그 이름을 마헬살랄하스바스라 하라
4이는 이 아이가 내 아빠, 내 엄마라 할줄 알기 전에 다메섹의 재물과 사마리아의 노략물이 앗수르 왕 앞에 옮긴바 될 것임이니라
5여호와께서 다시 내게 일러 가라사대
6이 백성이 천천히 흐르는 실로아 물을 버리고 르신과 르말리야의 아들을 기뻐하나니
7그러므로 주 내가 흉용하고 창일한 큰 하수 곧 앗수르 왕과 그의 모든 위력으로 그들 위에 덮을 것이라 그 모든 곬에 차고 모든 언덕에 넘쳐
8흘러 유다에 들어와서 창일하고 목에까지 미치리라 임마누엘이여 그의 펴는 날개가 네 땅에 편만하리라 하셨느니라
9너희 민족들아 훤화하라 필경 패망하리라 너희 먼 나라 백성들아 들을지니라 너희 허리를 동이라 필경 패망하리라 너희 허리에 띠를 띠라 필경 패망하리라
10너희는 함께 도모하라 필경 이루지 못하리라 말을 내어라 시행되지 못하리라 이는 하나님이 우리와 함께 하심이니라
11여호와께서 강한 손으로 내게 알게 하시며 이 백성의 길로 행치 말 것을 내게 경성시켜 가라사대
12이 백성이 맹약한 자가 있다 말하여도 너희는 그 모든 말을 따라 맹약한 자가 있다 하지 말며 그들의 두려워하는 것을 너희는 두려워하지 말며 놀라지 말고
13만군의 여호와 그를 너희가 거룩하다 하고 그로 너희의 두려워하며 놀랄 자를 삼으라
14그가 거룩한 피할 곳이 되시리라 그러나 이스라엘의 두 집에는 거치는 돌, 걸리는 반석이 되실 것이며 예루살렘 거민에게는 함정, 올무가 되시리니
15많은 사람들이 그로 인하여 거칠 것이며 넘어질 것이며 부러질 것이며 걸릴 것이며 잡힐 것이니라
16너는 증거의 말씀을 싸매며 율법을 나의 제자 중에 봉함하라
17이제 야곱 집에 대하여 낯을 가리우시는 여호와를 나는 기다리며 그를 바라보리라
18보라 나와 및 여호와께서 내게 주신 자녀들이 이스라엘 중에 징조와 예표가 되었나니 이는 시온산에 계신 만군의 여호와께로 말미암은 것이니라
19혹이 너희에게 고하기를 지절거리며 속살거리는 신접한 자와 마술사에게 물으라 하거든 백성이 자기 하나님께 구할것이 아니냐 산 자를 위하여 죽은 자에게 구하겠느냐 하라
20마땅히 율법과 증거의 말씀을 좇을지니 그들의 말하는 바가 이 말씀에 맞지 아니하면 그들이 정녕히 아침 빛을 보지 못하고
21이 땅으로 헤매며 곤고하며 주릴 것이라 그 주릴 때에 번조하여 자기의 왕 자기의 하나님을 저주할 것이며 위를 쳐다보거나
22땅을 굽어보아도 환난과 흑암과 고통의 흑암 뿐이리니 그들이 심한 흑암 중으로 쫓겨 들어가리라
Isaiah08
1The LORD said to me, 'Take a large scroll and write on it with an ordinary pen: Maher-Shalal-Hash-Baz.
2And I will call in Uriah the priest and Zechariah son of Jeberekiah as reliable witnesses for me.'
3Then I went to the prophetess, and she conceived and gave birth to a son. And the LORD said to me, 'Name him Maher-Shalal-Hash-Baz.
4Before the boy knows how to say 'My father' or 'My mother,' the wealth of Damascus and the plunder of Samaria will be carried off by the king of Assyria."
5The LORD spoke to me again:
6'Because this people has rejected the gently flowing waters of Shiloah and rejoices over Rezin and the son of Remaliah,
7therefore the Lord is about to bring against them the mighty floodwaters of the River-the king of Assyria with all his pomp. It will overflow all its channels, run over all its banks
8and sweep on into Judah, swirling over it, passing through it and reaching up to the neck. Its outspread wings will cover the breadth of your land, O Immanuel!'
9Raise the war cry, you nations, and be shattered! Listen, all you distant lands. Prepare for battle, and be shattered! Prepare for battle, and be shattered!
10Devise your strategy, but it will be thwarted; propose your plan, but it will not stand, for God is with us.
11The LORD spoke to me with his strong hand upon me, warning me not to follow the way of this people. He said:
12'Do not call conspiracy everything that these people call conspiracy; do not fear what they fear, and do not dread it.
13The LORD Almighty is the one you are to regard as holy, he is the one you are to fear, he is the one you are to dread,
14and he will be a sanctuary; but for both houses of Israel he will be a stone that causes men to stumble and a rock that makes them fall. And for the people of Jerusalem he will be a trap and a snare.
15Many of them will stumble; they will fall and be broken, they will be snared and captured.'
16Bind up the testimony and seal up the law among my disciples.
17I will wait for the LORD, who is hiding his face from the house of Jacob. I will put my trust in him.
18Here am I, and the children the LORD has given me. We are signs and symbols in Israel from the LORD Almighty, who dwells on Mount Zion.
19When men tell you to consult mediums and spiritists, who whisper and mutter, should not a people inquire of their God? Why consult the dead on behalf of the living?
20To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn.
21Distressed and hungry, they will roam through the land; when they are famished, they will become enraged and, looking upward, will curse their king and their God.
22Then they will look toward the earth and see only distress and darkness and fearful gloom, and they will be thrust into utter darkness.
